It offers private deeded beach access less than 400 meters away to the crystal-clear waters and white sugar sands of the Gulf. There is a convenient community pool steps away from the house as well as direct access to over 25 miles of the Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry Trails of the Gulf State Park!

Just a few steps upstairs are the 4 guest bedrooms. Two of the guest bedrooms feature a king bed in each room with their own private adjoining full bathroom. The third bedroom offers 2 sets of bunk beds for the kids and also has its own ensuite bathroom. The fourth guest bedroom has 2 double beds along with private bathroom attached. There is even an Xbox system and stocked bookcase in this room! Also, there is a perk for the little ones. Our home provides a high-chair and pack ‘n play for your use.
