The location and the view are amazing! Other than that the unit was dirty (streaks and handprints on the walls, etc) and needs some work. I submitted a review with an offer of images to the property manager but they did not respond. The biggest issue we had was that there are holes in the ceiling covered with an AC return grate. We wished the beds didn't squeak if you looked at them and some lounge chairs on the patio would be amazing.

Condo in poor condition.

Master matress had metal protruding out the side of it. My grandson cut his leg. Master bathtub had cracks in side wall and was obviously repaired before. Green lamp in living room has a big crack in it. Master bedroom lamp very dusty. Can’t use freezer. Door doesn’t open because not enough room hits wall. Unusable. Dryer does not dry clothes. Takes 2 or 3 cycles. Bath towels take 4 cycles. Threshold from foyer to 2 nd bedroom had a screw come out of it . Looks like only one screw is holding it in place. Upon arrival no kitchen towel or pot holder. Have requested a partial refund. Extremely disappointed.

They need to upgrade the furniture in the bedroom, and the Tv stand. Get rid off the cassette player and the dvd player.

Great view and comfortable.

Enjoyed our stay. Easy beach access and sand rinse when done. Clean and comfortable. Nice to sit on balcony in the morning with a cup of coffee. Needs some maintenance for mold in one bathroom, ice dispenser doesn’t work, and you have to be tall to reach ceiling fan control ( this could easily be alleviated by installing remote controller).

The room was clean but the owners need to have the giant mold spot on the ceiling in the bathroom removed that’s trashy looking and it’s black mold which is a health hazard. The patio furniture needs replaced the legs on the chairs are all rusted and if a really heavy person sat on them they could break. The carpet in the bedrooms needs to go just a little updating and clean up.

Did the job for a week on the beach

The condo was pretty small, outdated and not the best condition. It would be perfect for just 2 people but we had 4 adults and a baby, so space was tight. Overall we enjoyed our week and veins from the balcony

Hurricane Ida

The property was ocean front. Great views. Condo was smaller than pictured. Disappointed I that. The beds wasn’t as comfortable as I would like. The master bathroom had a hall way with the sinks than a door to the commode and shower. I don’t like that set up. Due to the tropical storm we had to leave all the patio. Furniture in the smal living room through out our stay which made it even smaller. Iasked if we could just move our Dates casue of the storm but was told no cancellations. We opened the door and the wind was so strong it blew the glass out of the picture and broke. We only got to enjoy the beach a few hours our entire stay . Most businesses were closed. The unit was smaller that’s ancticipated, but the kitchen was well stocked and the unit was clean. It’s good for a small family. I wish we could’ve enjoyed it more.

Great location but condo needs updating

Condo seemed smaller than pictures but It was in a great location. There were 5 of us and it was tight. Pros: Beds were comfortable. Balcony had great views. Beach was gorgeous! Pool was nice. Negatives: You have to pay to park at condo, Master bath had a hole on side of the tub that they just patched, Dryer did not dry clothes, and there was hair in tub upon arrival. Overall the condo suited our needs.

Good place to stay

Overall the condo was nice but could use some updating. Mattress and pillows were awful, killed my back.

Horrible place

No confirmation email, no code in time, condo address different, floor # was wrong, I called in advance regarding a Keurig pot and was told there was one and there wasn't. Called to get no came with one and no call back, freezer no ice, dryer didn't dry clothes, toilets stopped up, dirty, all sitting area damp...never again!
