Experience the beach vacation of your dreams at Phoenix East 1201 in Orange Beach! This gulf-front corner condo offers breathtaking views from a private 12th-floor balcony, private beach access, and resort-style amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, a splash area, and charcoal grills. Phoenix East 1201 features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. Located near Perdido Pass and local dining and attractions. On-site parking is available with purchased passes. Guests must be 25 years or older to rent.

LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN
Enjoy the breathtaking views from the private 12th floor corner balcony while sipping your morning coffee. Kick back and relax in the cozy living room. While you watch your favorite family movies on the flat screen television you can slide the floor to ceiling sliding doors open to feel the coastal breeze. When it is time to prepare a meal you will have everything you need in the fully equipped kitchen. There are granite counter tops and updated appliances to help make your seafood dish delicious. You will have everything you need when you stay at Phoenix East 1201. There are flat-screen televisions in every bedroom with cable access, free WiFi and a washer and dryer.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
This condo participates in our Fresh Bed Program which provides freshly laundered coverlets with each new arrival. These coverlets provide a lightweight and comfortable sleeping experience, no matter the season.

After the sunset when it is time to sleep the primary bedroom will be sure to leave you feeling refreshed for the next fun-filled day. There is a king-size bed along with access to a private side balcony overlooking Orange Beach. The bathroom has a spacious counter area as well as a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom has two full-size beds and the third bedroom has two twin beds. There is a full-size guest bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower.

Parking passes are purchased at the property. The total cost per pass is $55.00 and is valid during the duration of your stay.

Decent condo but undisclosed major property renovations ruined it

Booked this condo for a conference I had in Orange Beach. I have stayed at multiple Phoenix properties before, and while all of their floor plans are cookie cutter and similar, they are usually a decent place to stay. This condo was clean and as advertised. However, what was not disclosed was major renovations going on at the Phoenix property. Exterior windows and sliding glass doors or being installed on multiple units at Phoenix East. The constant grinding, drilling, and hammering between 8 AM and 4:30 PM. Every day was mind numbing. At times, you could not hear yourself think because of the level of noise in the property. Therefore, the relaxing nature of sitting on the balcony and watching the waves was not an option. This should have been disclosed when booking the property. Also, this is something that should have occurred in the off-season, and not during this time of the year, in my opinion.

Beautiful views!

The views from the balcony are great. The location. Was perfect as well. Enjoyed the local restaurants and access to activities. I would recommend this condo for these reasons. There were some issues that should be addressed. The kitchen stove does not work properly. Almost unusable. Kitchen poorly stocked and food on plates and utensils. All had to be washed. Mold in bathroom tubs. Walls had paint/repair spots. Black dirty footprints on walls where children have stayed. Rusted bathroom fixtures. Cleanliness is so important.

Great Beach Condo

We had the best time during our stay! The condo is up to date and had more than enough room for our family of eight. The view from the balcony was amazing! We had one issue while there, sent a message and it was fixed within hours. They are very responsive and helpful. This is an amazing condo, book it and enjoy your time with friends and/or family!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed the beach, and the views from the balcony. You can see the sunset on Gulf and on The bay. Property is good. Condo decent. Not super fancy, but has everything you need.

Great view very average condo

view is great and it is a corner condo giving a larger porch. The upkeep and quality of condo is very average and looks neglected. Not terrible but not really the quality we expected. It maybe ok for many . Depends on your expectations.

Great view, clean and spacious!

The place was fantastic...I really enjoyed the large updated kitchen (with all the basics) and living room that had a view from every angle. The furniture and beds were comfortable and clean and they put good thought in the large amount of seating in the living room. This was very helpful since we had a couple rainy days that required us to spend some time to try and entertain ourselves in the condo. The walk in shower for the hallway bathroom was great add as well...definitely one of the nicer ones I have rented that was not part of a master suite. Great complex and I would definitely book again. Couple areas for improvement...keyless lock would be great and a better system for check in/out with the company that manages the rental. They did not mention this when I booked and although they are "in town" it still added about 20-30 extra minutes to my trip to and from Florida. On-site or on-line check in/out would be a big improvement. This was the only reason I did not give it 5 stars.

Very nice unit and property. Great value.

Garbage disposal was broken and a.c. coil was disgusting and clogged upon arrival but it was promptly fixed when we called about it. That being said, I would definitely stay here again. The property and the unit were very nice and was a great value for the price. I would recommend to anyone that asked.
