Condo was very clean , the viewof the ocean and beach from the balcony spectacular. The pools were great and we were lucky enough to have good weather to enjoy the beach.

Great location and easy rental process.

Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Next to Perdido Beach Resort where I was attending a conference. Will rent again if available for my next stay.

Nice Get Away

Our whole family of six adults were able to stay and enjoy our vacation with ease. The condominium was spacious and very accommodating. The pool amenities were great as well. There were many access points within 5-10 minutes walk of the condo. Overall the stay was great.

July 4th stay

Only thing negative was little to no internet and cell service. And the dryer did not dry well, but all else was perfect.

Only complaint I have I was not instructed where to check in at unless I looked over it in the email. Would be nice to instruct guest procedures and which building you go to check in. Otherwise great staying with you.

We had multiple issues with this condo. 1. The AC would not cool. We notified management. They sent someone with a temp gun. Nothing else. 2. The TV sound would randomly go out. They said a cable wasn’t plugged in well. 😒. 3. The condo cleanliness was just okay. I understand it’s the beach and of course there will be sand but I don’t think the floor was ever really mopped. 4. Dryer needs to be replaced. I tried to dry 3 towels. Bath towels. Not large towels. Took 3 cycles of 70min. Now shoutout to the ladies at the desk. We arrived early. But the condo still wasn’t ready at check in due to linens and towels arriving late. After explaining we have a child on ASD, they made sure we were able to get in without linens arriving as management didn’t want anyone to check in before. We will not stay here again.
