Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Staff was friendly and helpful. The view was just what I wanted. Shopping and dinning was closely located. Condo and grounds were kept very clean. We have stqyed in condos from south Florida to Colorando and this was as nice as any.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall enjoyed our trip to Orange Beach! Likes-proximity to everything, short boardwalk to beach, property was clean, mattresses new and slept well. Dislikes- unit has a musty, mildewy odor when we arrived, dumpster being emptied at 4am, smell of cigarette and marijauna throughout our stay. After purchasing a diffuser and keeping fresh air flowing, the unit smelled better on day 3...or I could have just grown use to it.
