Condo and grounds were kept very clean. We have stqyed in condos from south Florida to Colorando and this was as nice as any.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall enjoyed our trip to Orange Beach! Likes-proximity to everything, short boardwalk to beach, property was clean, mattresses new and slept well. Dislikes- unit has a musty, mildewy odor when we arrived, dumpster being emptied at 4am, smell of cigarette and marijauna throughout our stay. After purchasing a diffuser and keeping fresh air flowing, the unit smelled better on day 3...or I could have just grown use to it.
