The Space:

This ninth floor, corner unit has the beautiful views and showcases what the gulf coast is all about. You and your family will love to spend time on the spacious wraparound balcony that is accessible from the living area, dining area and master bedroom. Watching the sunrise while drinking a cup of coffee or sipping on your favorite drink as you enjoy the sunset, you will have memories for a lifetime experiencing the beauty of the Orange Beach area. Grocery stores and several restaurants are nearby for convenience.



The new owners have made several updates. There are all new beds, new ceiling fans, new black out curtains, and all three bathrooms have new vanities, quartz countertops, and new lighting. All of the TVs (living room and each bedroom) are new smart TVs. Each bedroom is nicely decorated and includes its own private bathroom. The master bedroom features a king size bed plus balcony access. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed, and the 3rd bedroom features a king size bed with its very own private balcony having views of the gulf in one direction and the city of Orange Beach in the other. The living room has plenty of seating to enjoy the view of the gulf. The sofa also converts to a bed so the condo can accommodate up to 8 people. The dining area features a wooden table that will seat 6 while the kitchen's breakfast bar has additional seating. The kitchen is equipped for all your cooking needs. The unit also includes a washer and dryer.



The Neighborhood:

In addition to the gorgeous beach area only for condominium guests, Shoalwater amenities include a large outdoor pool with a beachside gazebo surrounded by several lounge chairs, a kiddie pool with seating and shading available so your little one does not get burned while having fun. Outdoor bathrooms are located near the pools plus an outdoor shower available at the boardwalk that leads to the beach. The indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna/steam room and a fitness area are located in a separate heated building that sits right in front of the complex. A charcoal grill BBQ area and tennis court / basketball court are available on the grounds of the complex for all guests to enjoy.



Shoalwater has so many great features available all onsite there is never a reason to leave the complex. If you do choose to venture out, Shoalwater is located in the Heart of Orange Beach so numerous shopping, dining, and entertainment options are available nearby.

🅿️Parking: Up to 2 parking passes for the complex come with the reservation. Overflow parking is available at our office (across from complex) for an additional $50.00/ vehicle, subject to availability.



*Standard size wheelchair will NOT fit through bathroom door.



*AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
