This was our 4th time to stay at Silver Beach. We love the location and that it is not a huge property. Easy access to the beach, great view from Balcony. Condo was clean and had everything we needed! We would stay here again.

Disappointed we were not told only one elevator works - according to residents this has been an ongoing issue - we had our 86 year old mother with us who could no do stairs nor wait excessive times in heat for elevator - dirty floors and dishes - reached out to management and was just told they would pass on info to owner and housekeeping - beautiful location - just not very forthcoming in property description

Cozy unit in a great location

The unit in cozy and has a great view of the beach. The third floor is a perfect spot for great beach views. Most cons are related to the property and not this unit. The only complaint about this unit is the AC thermostat must not be working properly.It feels much hotter than the thermostat lists.By comparison, we had our home set on 79 while we were gone and it felt cooler when we arrived back home than the 74 in this unit. The showers are strong and hot! There is no ice maker in the freezer, nor did I see one one the property. The biggest disappointment was the overall property. One elevator was out the entire time we were there and the remaining elevator was out one of the days. I fell for those that were staying on the higher floors. There were not enough lounge chairs around the pool.I never saw more than 20 people or so at the pool, yet some didn't have chairs. Also, a couple chairs I did use went damaged. The positive is it's a short walk to the beach.

It was truly a family vacay to remember because we were able to bring our fur baby! We were worried that condo would smell because of it being pet friendly but it did not! Everything was super clean and inviting! We will be back!

Just what we were looking for!

The location was perfect to so many venues! We had the perfect location which was beautifully set up! It’s close to grocery shopping, outlet malls, and many restaurants. It was nice and quiet for the perfect relaxation that we were needing. If you’re looking for comfort this was a definite must! The patio was a plus considering safety for our pets!

The condo was nice. The main bedroom was a good size but the second bedroom was very very small. I think a buck bed set should be put in that small room. With a full size bed on bottom.

The room temperature was set at 68 degrees & you could not change it! It was hot and uncomfortable the whole time we stayed. The very small bedroom didn’t even have a ceiling fan so that person was miserable at night due to so hot! The sofa was not comfortable tsleep on as advertised

Disappointment

Remote ck in sucks. We were 30 minutes out when we first learned we had hoops to jump through other than on line ck in. As we entered the parking lot we received our door code. The mattress on the king bed was unsleepable. The following day was spent resolving that issue. A slight inconvenience of water shutoff. The unit was small, shabby and poorly represented by the photos. If i had know I would have preferred Motel 6. Vastly overpriced for what it was.
