Our stay was amazing and made even better because we could bring our very sweet puppy with us!! This condo is in the perfect place with access to food shops in the area as well as access to a beautiful beach! We loved watching the waves from the balcony - and finding shells in the ocean. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed! We will stay here again!

Christmas at the Beach

We stayed at this condo from December 24-28. We absolutely loved everything about it. The views were beautiful, the condo was updated and everything was just as listed. Our family enjoyed spending Christmas here and would absolutely book again. The condo was pet friendly which was great because we didn’t have to leave our pup at home for the holiday.

Location, location, location

The Silver Beach is perfectly located in beautiful Orange Beach near restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. Parking is fine. View is fabulous! Beach is amazing! The condo has everything you might need including a Keurig (which wasn't listed online). We found everything to be clean and ready for our arrival. There were really no issues and we would happily stay here again.

Perfect beach getaway

We loved everything about this property. It was immaculate, furniture was so comfy, bed was wonderful. The decorations were obviously done with care. The appliances were top of the line, including the small appliances. Everything you could need in the kitchen. On top of all that, the view of the beach and the ocean was amazing, as well as easy access to the beautiful beach full of pretty shells. One of our best vacations ever-can’t wait to go back.

Seeking Relaxation!

This was a great vacation and we definately got the relaxation time needed. The unit was very nice and comfortable for our family. The mgmt company went above & beyond to keep in touch and ensure our stay was exactly as described! The patio furniture was awesome and one of the reasons I chose this unit over the others available. The beds were very comfortable and the living room sectional was the bomb!!! So kudo’s to the owner on this one. A++

We opened the door and immediately had a great view of the ocean! The place had comfortable living room furniture, a well set up kitchen, we cooked a couple of meals and we had all the pans/utensils we needed. We would say that the king bed is a little harder than we are accustomed to, but by night 2 we were both used to it and doing fine. Pool and beach were excellent, and there were two supermarkets within walking distance, as well as many restaurants. The property manager was available by text for any questions we had. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Nice Condo & Location, Building Poorly Maintained

We loved the condo itself. It was recently remodeled. The decor was lovely. It was roomy including the balcony. It was very close to the beach. There were a couple of minor issues - Icemaker "wire" not there so it didn't work. The management said they would send someone to fix it but didn't. They did bring us bags of ice though. Microwave light stayed on. They said it was stuck and was too expensive to fix. The outdoor furniture cushions showed some signs of mold. The worst issue were the elevators. They were sketchy for most of our stay. When we were ready to check out, the elevators were shut down completely. They were working on them. Why didn't they wait until after check out? We had to haul all of our belongings down 5 flight of stairs. My husband had to do most of it because I have physical limitations. I specifically asked about the elevators before I booked and was told they were new. Another issue were the public "halls". It rained and the humidity caused everything to sweat from ceiling to floors. There were puddles on the floor and it dripped from ceiling. As I said, we enjoyed the condo and the close proximity to the beach and to stores. We just don't know if we would return due to the external building issues, most specifically the elevators.
