25th Anniversary

This property is perfect for a couple. The place is beautiful, the balcony is so nice with part of it covered and part of it uncovered. You are so close to everything and the beach is just a short walk from the property. It was a perfect week and we will be back to this place.

Relaxing at the beach

Great location, good for long walks on the beach. Fresh seafood to eat out or dine in. We went to fish market and bought fresh grouper caught in the last 2 days and it was awesome. Even in late December was a great location.

February winter break

Condo was just as advertised. Patio was great. Access to the television was probably the best we’ve encountered. Instructions were very clear. The rental process was also very good. Would stay here again.

The condo is beautifully decorated. Huge patio with a great view. Well appointed kitchen. Furniture very comfortable however the bed is high so consider this if you have any physical difficulty getting in and out of bed. Would definitely stay again.

Spacious Balcony & Well Equipped Condo

We had a great stay at this condo. Everything we needed was there. The balcony was wonderful. It is not fully covered so you get plenty of chances for sun but there is still enough space to avoid some rain. Everything was clean and comfortable. The amenities for the building were great as well. I would stay here again.

Could not humanly be happier with this unit/condo! Clean, well equipped, great view, great balcony, great a/c, lots of hot water, close (but not too close) to elevators…..everything you could hope for! Communication was incredible from VRBO and property management company. Highly recommend this unit/property!

Great spot; unfortunate timing

Our unit at Phoenix was a lovely one bedroom unit at Phoenix VI on the third floor. We were fortunate to be right near the elevators so accessing the unit was easy and convenient. The layout was great and the windows and patio were the best we have had in our previous trips. Also loved the Lazyboy chair; the other seating was also comfortable if a bit dingy, as was the rug. While the distressed decor is not so much to my taste, everything in the unit was favorable. In particular, the kitchen was especially well equipped with everything one would need for an extended stay. In fact, it might be a challenge to find space for provisions!Alas, the weather was too cold for the outdoor pool and the indoor pool and hot tubs were being renovated and therefore inaccessible. We were supposed to be able to use the same facilities next door but then they closed off the boardwalk for several days to do board replacement. Bad scheduling in my view.This unfortunate series of events does not, however discourage us from considering coming again, hoping that out next opportunity will have better coordination of maintenance schedules.Will this unit be available next February?
