Admiral's Quarters Unit 1007 (10th Floor)

This beautiful 10th floor 2 bed, 2.5 bath beachfront unit just underwent full remodel.

The unit has a large kitchen with an island and granite countertops. It boasts a deep sink and as part of the remodel, the kitchen has all new dishware, utensils, cookware, bakeware, Keurig coffee maker and anything you would need to prepare your favorite beach meals.

The living room offers cozy sectional sofa and two chairs, a 65" Smart TV and a stunning view of the Gulf!

The dining area features a granite top table with 4 chairs.

This two bedroom unit has two King Suites!

The Master King Suite is furnished with a king sized bed. You will sleep in blissful comfort, and completely stress free on the Puffy Luxe Hybrid mattress. The mattress has a cooling cloud designed for optimal temperature and is rated Americas most comfortable mattress. The master suite will have a 65" 4K UHD Smart TV. Enjoy the master bedroom’s private balcony entrance with a beautiful view of the beach. The Master King Suite transitions to a double vanity area and a large walk in closet. The Master Bathroom was also part of the remodel and has a large tile and glass walk in shower.

The Guest King Suite has a king sized bed with Puffy mattress for total comfort. The Guest Suite transitions to a large vanity area and it’s own private bathroom with a glass/tile shower. The TV is a 50" 4K UHD Smart TV

In addition, the unit has a half bathroom in the common area.

Enjoy stunning views of the beach from a large Gulf front balcony. Relax with your morning coffee or evening glass of wine in the comfortable chairs while you take in the beautiful Gulf views or dine at table and chairs.

The unit has a separate laundry room with full size washer and dryer.

Enjoy all the amenities of Admiral's Quarters-large indoor pool with jetted seating area, fully equipped fitness center, sauna, and Gulf front outdoor pool and deck area. The property location along Perdido Beach Boulevard is near both Publix and Wal-Mart Marketplace as well as numerous restaurants and shopping.

*Beach Chair Service of 2 Beach Chairs/1 umbrella is free with rental and is provided from March 1st - October 31st.
*2 parking spaces are included with rental - 1 unit specific reserved parking space and 1 unassigned parking space
*An initial starter supply of paper products and soaps (hand, shower, and dish) are provided. Additional supplies are guests' responsibility.
*Weekly rentals only (Saturday-Saturday)
*Primary Renter needs to be at least 25 years of age. Request for a photo ID of the Primary Renter may be requested at the discretion of the Host.

We loved our stay and the condo was very nice and accommodating. We saw beautiful sunrises and enjoyed watching the dolphins from our balcony (while enjoying morning coffee/breakfast). We also enjoyed going to Gulf State Park & walking on the many different trails. There were so many things to see and enjoy in the Orange Beach area.Thank you, we hope to be back in the near future!

What a great place for our yearly beach trip! It was stunning, decorated beautifully, perfect spot on the beach, best patio and furniture, stocked with all things needed and so much more. And the dedicated parking spot was so conveniently located. Could not ask for anything else. Beautiful Condo!

This condo is perfection! From the decor, the comfy beds, the appliances, the size, the balcony furniture...it was one of my favorite condos we've ever stayed in. The owners maintain this condo very well and it shows. It's on the 10th floor with a great view. The building is big but not too big that the elevators/parking/pool is a problem. The one thing I loved and appreciated with this condo building is that they allow you to have drinks in the pool. We've been to other complexes where you can't bring anything within a foot of the pool area and it just isn't as fun.This condo comes with a beach setup and that is a plus. Also, their parking spot is the best, too! It's covered, right by the front door, and no one parks on your right side. We will definitely book this condo again if we return to Orange Beach!

This condo was beautiful throughout. Very tastefully furnished and decorated. Kitchen was equipped with what appeared to be new stainless appliances and was well stocked with cooking utensils, dishes,etc.. Beds were very comfortable. We would definitely rent this condo again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a very nice place to call home. Check in was simple and communication from the rental agency was timely and informative.

Perfect Family Getaway

With so many places to stay, I was nervous on selecting one over the computer. However, this one checked all of my boxes: faces the beautiful beach on the ocean, masterfully updated and very clean. 2 master suites. Comfy lounging area. Chair service. Easy access to beach and relaxing pool.

Perfect Beach Vacation

This was our first time in Orange Beach and everything was perfect. The Condo was just as described and perfect for my husband and I and my daughter and her husband. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed for the week. We especially loved the large balcony with gulf views. The beach access was great and the chair service which was included for two was excellent. Adding additional chairs and an umbrella was easy. The pools and gym were perfect for our needs. The condo was an excellent location being close to restaurants and stores. Communication with the owners was also excellent. We would highly recommend this unit if you want a great vacation.

This condo is absolutely beautiful. The condo is located directly on Orange Beach with stunning white sand and views of the gulf. It is very clean and contains everything one needs for a carefree stay. The kitchen is completely stocked. We could have used a couple extra trash bags. The owners always answered immediately if we had any questions. The whole complex is very clean. They are always mopping, sweeping, and wiping down all the outdoor tables. In fact they were power washing all the floors when we first arrived. They were also power washing the parking garage. That caused us to have to move our car from our reserved parking spot for a couple of days. There was a fire alarm check during our stay. It didn’t cause any inconvenience. The doors from the lobby to the pool were broke for a couple of days during our stay so we needed to use the exit from the parking garage to the beach and pool. This was a minor inconvenience. There are not any sidewalks in front of the condo. There is a section of the road next to the bike lane to walk. We did walk this, but would have preferred a sidewalk. A car is necessary to get to shopping and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this condo.

I can't recommend this condo highly enough! From the moment we booked, the property owners were fantastic. They were incredibly communicative, sending clear and detailed information ahead of time. This made check-in a breeze and ensured we knew exactly what to expect. The condo itself was absolutely immaculate. It was clear they take pride in keeping it clean and comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home. My family spent the days lounging in the sand and evenings relaxing on the balcony, we felt completely rejuvenated by the of the trip. Awesome stay

The condo was absolutely beautiful, very spacious, very well equipped, and very tastefully decorated. The view from the balcony was awesome, the reserved / covered parking spot and beach chair / umbrella service were an added bonus. Communication with April was very timely and the check in process was smooth. The property is less than 5 minutes from restaurants and shopping. We would DEFINITELY return.

The condo was just as listed. Beautiful decor and view. Owners were wonderful to work with too! We loved having the extra room and bathrooms. The patio furniture was nice and tall which made looking out to the ocean even better! Overall a wonderful property!
