  • You will simply love the new look of this popular 2nd floor unit. It has been upgraded with fresh paint and new furniture which will make for a relaxing beach vacation. While there are 2 elevators you can easily access this unit by way of the stairs. It has been recently redecorated and is located in the heart of Orange Beach. You will enjoy your gulf front balcony which is furnished with a table and four chairs. This unit features all tile floors, sofa sleeper, dining table, bar stools and a kitchen with everything you will need to prepare meals. Sunswept is situated directly on the sugar-white beach that separates you from the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This Orange Beach condo is just six miles east of Gulf Shores, Alabama. You will find modern shopping facilities directly across the street. Churches, 10 first class golf courses, and fishing are only a short drive away.

Great home for the week!

This was the perfect condo for my boyfriend and I. Right on the beach and within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. We were nervous about being right above the pool, but with the doors closed we didn’t hear a thing. Overall, a great stay!

Place was clean and served it's primary function for us - a place to sleep. Kitchen was some what stocked - had sharp knives for cutting but no cutting board - had pots and pans but mostly all the same sizes, the small ones.We had an issue with the hide a bed and staff was prompt to help us get it fixed. As our stay progressed more small annoying issues arose. TV in the bed room had no sound - we called the tv company number provided and they were not able to help us resolve that issue. The outlets in the bedroom next to the night stands did not work - we tried flipping the breaker and it did not resolve. Dryer would NOT dry clothing checked the lint trap and still nothing. We were pretty booked with other things during our stay so by the time we got back to the unit it wasn't worth us calling to complain as it was more annoying to deal with at the end of the day as I didn't want to spend our vacation having to call for every small issue that kept popping upAdditionally, The contract provided at check in states no reimbursement for any defects/issues, so if nothing was going to be done make up for the inconveniences why bother. Again over all unit was clean, close to the ocean, and was a good place to sleep, for the price however questionable.

Great place right on the beach!

We loved being right on the beach. Great location with everything you can think of right in the area. Condo listing has check in as 3 pm but when we arrived we were told check in was not until 4-5 pm. They were cleaning the unit when we arrived and said they were mopping their way out the door. We went right up and it was not wet and didn’t looked like it had been mopped. Overall great place and we would stay again.
