Perfect Getaway

We loved everything about our stay! The receptionist at check in was so friendly and helpful, the unit was beautiful, and the short walk to the beach was a great bonus! We will definately be back!

Much needed get away!

We were very pleased with our stay. There were four adult adults, two children, one teenager and we all were very comfortable. The property was very accommodating, especially when we forgot our crockpot. They provided us with one. Walmart was right across the street just in case you missed bringing anything that you needed. We are used to staying in a building where they have an icemaker however, with Walmart being in the front of the property, it really was not an inconvenience. The room was very clean. The property was a perfect size where it was an overcrowded. It was a quick walk to the beach. We were on the fifth floor so we had a great view. Any questions we had before our stay or the day of the stay we were always able to get in touch with someone to answer all of our questions which is always a big plus these days. The condo was decorated. Very nice. It was not cheesy looking great furniture. Both beds were comfortable, including the sofa, bed, plenty of pots and pans and plates. The AC worked great. We would definitely stay there again. We typically like to clean after our stay at the beach. So we were happy that there was a floor, vacuum, mop, and broom available to us and not locked up in the closet.

It’s was just ok

The condo was very outdated, just bare minimum. The balcony had tons of sand on it when we got there which in return caused us to track it in. You could just tell it was a very old unit.

Unit not as advertised. Had to move to new property.

This unit is very dated, filthy and had significant maintenance needs. It was not habitable. The furniture and linens were in rough shape. The towels were thin, stained rags. Moldy bathrooms, holes in walls with open wires, dirty showers, etc. The entire property was dirty. Lots of workers hanging out around outside but there was tons of work that needed to be done. Just a power wash of the hallways, wiping down the elevator and other contact surfaces, a coat of paint would go a long way. It seemed like they have just given up. We checked in late so the only person around was security sitting in the office next to the the rental office. We asked for help and his response was “I’m just security” also claimed he didn’t even know what time the leasing office opened. Seriously? We did complain the next morning and the property management company honored our request to leave the property and credited us our full payment which was appreciated. However we were forced with finding a place on short notice and ended up spending another $150 per night. One thing that struck me when we complained about the condition of the unit was that the blame was shifted to the cleaning crew - “they are supposed to tell us when things need attention”. They also seemed to place blame on the owner of the unit. Is there no responsibility on behalf of the property management company to ensure units are kept up to rental standards, to audit work being done or to routinely audit the property? The towels aren’t provided by the owner, they are provided by the cleaning company- who is monitoring their service and holding them accountable? Very substandard.

Best View, great location

An ocean front view is what we wanted and it was great! Pool very nice and the location was convenient for grocery and restaurants.

My husband was in a wedding that was on the beach. It was beautiful.

The view was amazing. Felt so bad that the area was still devastated from Hurricane Laura. Our room could use some updating but I'm not complaining.

2020 beach trip

My husband and I just needed a quick get away. The condo had a great view and the facility was pretty clean. The bed was a little old and the dryer was very loud but overall we had a great experience.

Sun swept

The unit was just OK, need some updating and attention. Washer and dryer did not work properly, the noise was so loud you couldn’t be in the unit when it was running. Bedding is old and dated, hide a bed is awful. Location is excellent. One of the elevators was broken the whole time we were there. I would stay in this Condo, just not this unit. Really needs a little attention and it wouldn’t take a whole lot of money to do it.

Great location. Needs updating

Great location and adequate accommodations. The furniture definitely needs updating. Gross stains on recliner. Wouldn’t let the kids sit on it without a towel covering it. Sofa bed very uncomfortable and kitchen accommodations could use some updating. Dishwasher did not work and could not be repaired during the week we were there, so washing dishes every day was not good. Honestly I am sure they make money on this so it is time to remodel the place.
