The condo was beautiful and just as described. The property management company was wonderful to work with - they answered questions quickly and provided check in and check out information clearly. I must have missed the 60 parking pass for the condo, so that was a bit surprising, but the condo and staff were fantastic!

Great condo

Beautiful condo. All beds had upscale mattresses. Tempur pedic including the master. Very comfortable to us. But headboard is peeling. Not real leather and flakes off on you during the night in the master and the bed frame is very loose and needs to be tightened. The balcony furniture was comfortable and we enjoyed sitting outside listening to the sounds and feeling the breeze from the ocean. Don’t expect sunshine on the deck in late April and early May. Only about 3-4 inches of sunshine past the railing. You will not see a sunrise or sunset from this balcony either. While the condo was beautiful and elegantly decorated, we found the facility to be very persnickety. My husband parked a tad over the yellow line to get suitcases out and security knocked on our door late one night and said move the vehicle within the line or it will be towed. The indoor pool closed 3 days prior to our leaving, the snack bar was closed, the electricity was turned off on our check out day and we were not told until the night before after dinner making us have to pack immediately not knowing if elevators would work. Leaving on check out day, we had a notice on our vehicle saying we had parked in owner’s parking. The oposite side from the door. It wasn’t marked. Who knew. The ticket said we had 3 infractions. One being the parking sign was on the dash and not on the mirror. Gosh! Just too much. Persnickety!!! As nice as the condo was, the building/Phoenix 2 West left us with a bad impression.

Good location and amenities

Condo was as described and had everything we needed. The master bed is hard as a rock, so if you are used to a soft bed it may not be comfortable for you. The dryer needs replaced, you cannot run it at night as it is too loud. It also takes a good two runs to fully dry a large load or ones with towels. The outdoor pools are not heated, so weren’t very useful for us. Beach is close and easily accessible. I would recommend avoiding the elevators at all cost between 3:30 and 5, or you could be waiting up to 90 minutes. If you get there for checkin during that time I would highly recommend waiting to bring your luggage and things up u til the elevators clear out or it’s a huge headache.

Very Nice With Some Room for Improvements

Need to get new beds that are comfortable for your guest. The bed in the master bedroom was hard as a rock and feels like you are sleeping on a concrete floor. The Sleep number beds deflated, and you woke up in a hole. It took 3 days to address the deflated sleep number beds when we notified them on day one. we did finally receive new mattresses on the last night of our stay, so two of my guest had new beds to sleep on the last night. The Floors were dirty. Need to do a better job of cleaning the floors. Other than those few items It was very nice, The management team had a quick response when you text them about the issues. When asked if we could have a later checkout we was offered another night for additional $$. But when I clarified no we wanted a couple extra hours to checkout by noon. They said there was maintenance work scheduled and could not be changed. I felt like that was a flat out lie. If we would have paid for another day it was ok to reschedule maintenance work but to have 2 hours extra was not ok. Overall stay was very nice and we enjoyed it very much. Love the Balcony Views and the Shower with double heads in the master bathroom.

Wonderful Condo!

Loved the condo, it was just as described. It was perfect for the 9 of us. The only issue we had were the elevators. It took 1hr and 30 minutes to get from floor 20 to 10. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay!

Great Place To Stay!

Our group would definitely stay in this condo again. The view!!! Is incredible. The condo was super clean. Well equipped. The ice maker was so nice to have. Saved us money. It's centrally located. If we had any complaints, it would be the beds. And that's why I couldn't do 5 stars. One room, the one side of the box spring was on the floor, so it was off kilter. The master bed was way too limp and soft. Its a sleep number bed, but the remote was broke. Couldn't use. Was not the most comfortable. The unit is very secure and safe. The check in and check out was very easy. The other star that is missing is the hot tubs in the lower level. Way too hot. And an adults only period of time would be nice.

Excellent stay

This is the second time I stayed at Phoenix west. The condo was wonderful and did not disappoint. When I booked I did not notice that the condo was on the 20th floor. I was afraid the gang would be afraid of the height, they were on the deck throughout the entire stay. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. Excellent stay.

This property was great. It had everything I was looking for. Plenty of room for a family of 6 that included my mom and mother-in-law. The view from the 20th floor was breathtaking. We will definitely be back!!

We loved it!!

We loved having a bathroom for each bedroom, along with the standalone ice maker! The condo was very spacious and nicely appointed. We also loved the Phoenix West II overall, especially the lazy river and short walk to the beach!

So large and spacious

This condo was top notch! Each space was large and roomy. I loved that each bedroom had a bathroom and then also the hall bath. The balcony was large as well. I enjoyed sitting out there listening to the waves. Kitchen was stocked appropriately and we loved the margarita mixer! Overall wonderful condo. If I had to note a negative I would say cheap sheets and the coach felt yucky. I just covered it with the extra blankets from the closet. No biggie.
