Wonderful!

The condo was beautiful and well maintained. We LOVED the couch and spacious table on the balcony. The grounds of The Oasis are very relaxing. We really appreciated the adults only pool and bar. Our family used the pickleball and basketball courts. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect Girls Trip Retreat

This was the perfect place for our girls trip. So spacious four our group of 6 and had all the amenities! Beautiful beach views! Will come back next year for sure!!

Family vacation

Condo is beautiful with breathtaking views of the beach and ocean. Plenty of room for a big family. We had a party of five and had more than enough room for everyone to be comfortable. So close to all the popular restaurants and attractions.

LOVED this condo

We had such an amazing time at Orange Beach and this condo is part of the reason why. We were travelling with two small children and two Seniors and it was the perfect space for everyone. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your condo. We would love to come back.

Gorgeous View & Condo

First time to stay on the 25th floor and LOVED it! The condo was as pictured and very clean. Not one negative remark to be said about it. Great facility, Phoenix West II, and close to trail head for great biking and running. Will be back next year and want to stay in this same condo:)

NOLA Girls trip

Everything was great. Condo was very clean and spacious. It was beautifully decorated. Access to the beach was convenient. My only negative comment deals with the parking passes. I read that is was 20$ but it was actually 60$ per vehicle. No big deal but I wish we would’ve known before. Overall it was a great trip!

Great Condo

Great location, lovely condo, all as advertised. The only issue we experienced was during the checkout process, the code for our door was changed prematurely, and it took a good half hour to contact the rental company to get the code so we could finish. The vacation ended on a sour note as a result. A shame, really.

Nice but not luxury

We have stayed at formerly Phoenix West ll since it opened. This property was nowhere near the quality of the others we have rented for less through Brett Robinson. The beds were worn out & so was living furniture. No sheets for foldout bed . No coasters, wobbly end tables. Not worth the money.

Vacation Haven for 10!

Our group consisted of two families of five. The two master suites and 4 full baths was perfect! The condo was very well appointed with great décor, but not so much that the kids couldn't relax and play. We loved being at the Phoenix property. The beach was great, the pool was great, with long hours. Kids loved the indoor hot tubs at night. LOTS of lobby space for dance parties and sword fights. Our families enjoyed a great vacation and I think anyone else staying in this condo would as well.

Phoenix West II 2502

Loved the view from the 25th floor, very roomy, comfortable and clean for our group of 6 adults. Extremely easy check-in and response time for a few very minor issues. Only suggestion we have is the kitchen could use more dishes, mixing bowls and utensils. A good large frying pan would be a plus in addition to a pizza pan and cookie sheets. We didn't have any long waits for the elevators which was a plus as well. 2nd time staying at this property.

This condo is absolutely beautiful. Even more so in person than in pictures! We Loved every minute of our stay in Orange Beach. It was a great unit for us because it was 3 couples and each bedroom had it's own private bathroom. (Not to mention another bath in the hall). What a wonderful option when everyone comes in from the beach and starts to get ready to go out! Again, I would recommend this condo to everyone! Plenty roomy for large families out multiple couples. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your condo.

Great Potential!

My family of 4 and I just returned from a 4-night stay at this very spacious condo. While this condo allows everyone to spread out, it is in need of a bit of TLC. We ran into things like pillows coming apart at the seams, light and toilet tissue fixtures coming away from the walls, a sink where the stopper could not be lifted, stained pillow shams, crumbs left behind from previous guests. I must say, all of the items were immediately and politely addressed by the property owner. The beds were super comfy and the kitchen was absolutely well stocked. Before arrival, I had to ask twice before receiving my arrival information which was a first for all the condos we have rented. Still, I got a very early text asking me what time I was leaving on the day of departure. We were very excited about this condo and the trip but the experience did not live up to our expectations.

Beautiful but slept on a soiled master bed

We were taken away with the lovely condo and the view of the ocean. Everything looked clean and shiny so I not do my usual inspection of the linens and baths. Unfortunately, I made a huge mistake by notdoing so because after pulling ghe linen back, we found some nasty looking yellowish brown stains that we thought looked like crap on his side of the bed. You cant imagine our shock at having seen this. Upon examjnation of the bedding we noticed other signs of unclean sheets. At our checkout we were asked to not strip the beds but in all good faith I could not take the chance that someone else might sleep on filthy linen so I stripped the beds leaving it on the bed. I reported this mishap to Kristen who did not respond so I got in contact with a second person Ashley who got the ball rolling. The house keeping person came in and changed all the linens even the ones in the other two bedrooms as our other guests had not arrived and to be on the safe side they wanted to make sure everything was up to par. Unfortunately our guests arrived before the person finished making the beds but at least we were certain they were all clean. The first day of our stay the indoor pool was closed and we were promised a $50.00 adjustment on our bill which was never applied. I did hear from the owner of the property who did not follow through on her promises. Beyond all of this it is a nice condo, all and all, but make sure you check everything out before you use it, just in case.
