Great family vacation

The condo was well arranged with plenty of room for our family to spread out and get comfortable.tge init was beat and clean. We loved not having to leave the property - everything we needed/wanted was right there. Even though the weather was nasty and the beaches were closed we had a good time.

Relaxing and dolphin watching

This is the second time we had this condo. We enjoyed it as much this year as last time. The dolphins put on a show almost everyday. It was quiet even if we were above the bar.

Amazing View

We really enjoyed the condo we stayed at, beautifully built and decorated, extremely comfortable, great location, and LOTS to do on the property. My only complaint is Phoenix West II takes up ALL the beach space with umbrella and chairs for rent that remain empty all day. In order to get a somewhat good spot on the beach, you must get out there at 6 am to claim a spot that is only semi close, other than that, everything was absolutely perfect!

Perfect Family Rendezvous

Our family gathered at Phoenix West II for a few glorious days of family time! It was perfect! Plenty of user friendly activity options and friendly staff. Very family oriented. Loved not having to bundle kids and gear into the car to get to the beach…just down the elevator! The condo was spacious and clean. The property management crew was very responsive. Take note - you need to pack/take EVERYTHING consumable (dish soap, hand soap, TP, paper towels, shampoo, etc). We will be back!

Absolutely Stunning Condo

This condo is one of the nicest I've stayed in. It was very spacious, well stocked, decor was gorgeous. The only down side was the living and kitchen area never cooled down. We would wake up and the living would still be reading 73 degrees.

Spectacular Condo!

This condo has the most spectacular view! It was very well stocked with everything we needed. All beds were so comfy and the living area was beautifully decorated and cozy! Although it rained and was extremely windy for several days, we all enjoyed the beach and sunshine after it cleared up. Abby was very helpful and always answered my questions with a quick message response! She made our vacation so enjoyable by taking care of all the details! I would definitely recommend this condo to others!

Check-in was a little confusing. We went to the lobby & got wristbands & parking pass. I thought the parking was included. I wasnt aware we had to wait for a code to be sent to check into our unit. I wish that information had been sent to me 24 hours in advance. Other than the confusing chevk in process, the unit was absolutely amazing. I was visiting with my husband, my 4 adould children and their spouses and my 4 grandkids. There was plenty to do with all the pools. The adult pool & poolside bar was a game changer. The unit having a private bathroom in each bedroom

WOW!

Our stay with Alabama Getaway Rentals and Phoenix West II was amazing. The condo was even better than the pictures. The views were great, the beds were comfortable, and the condo was equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. All furniture and fixtures were clean and great quality. The property is convenient, clean, and have great amenities including an indoor heated pool, several jacuzzis, an outdoor pool, splash pad, a large lazy river with a water slide and tubs, a sauna, and fitness center. The property is large but the parking was great and there are several elevators to accommodate so many guests. We never waited for parking or elevators.
