Wonderful experience!

This is a beautiful property - very clean and tastefully decorated. The entire condominium was very impressive. The faculty was very helpful and friendly and the facilities were top notch. I will definitely remember this stay the next time I travel to Orange Beach.

Teachers Summer Break!

The condo was amazing. We traveled with ten adults. We had plenty of room and the condo is very nicely appointed. Everything was as stated on the site. The beach was a bit crowded at times, but the lazy river, pool, and hot tubs were very nice. We will definitely come back.

We loved the condo and all the amenities. We had 3 toddlers and really enjoyed the diversity of activities for them. The balcony was one of our favorite parts of the condo. The only disappointment was the kitchen. It lacked some items we needed for cooking.

Great condo but big elevator issues

Our condo was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. At peak times, like summertime, I would have to advise against this property due to massive elevator issues. We waited for 45 minutes to get an elevator to go up to the 17th floor the night of check in. We waited a MINIMUM of 30 minutes every time we tried to use an elevator from the beach or pool area. If the property is booked at or near capacity, do not expect to be able to get your party/group onto one elevator between the hours of 8-11 AM or 4-8 PM! If waiting long periods for elevators will cause you inconvenience or irritation, I strongly encourage you to stay elsewhere. Taking the stairs was not an option for us due to elderly folks and small children in our party.

1710 Phoenix west II

Everything was Perfect in the condo. Very clean and beautiful. Sealed and sanitized. We were just slightly disappointed as Some Of the amenities on the property itself were closed for renovations. But overall excellent stay.

Family Vacation

This was our third visit to Orange Beach, and our second stay at Phoenix West II. The search process and communication from Brett Morrison were smooth and prompt. Our condo was perfect. We were a party of 10, and there was lots of room for all of us. The furnishings were very nice and comfortable. We had everything we needed for a great week.
