Property Management- Brett Robinson Parking: I was charged twice. They made me pay again when arriving to get the ticket to put in vehicle. I tried to reach the management company and talk to someone about this issue and 0 phone calls back. I sent an email review and they said someone would be calling in 24-48 hrs and 0 calls. Holes in the mattress: my husband found a huge hole in the mattress that we slept on. Comforters: these are very thin down comforter ( duvet) with no cover. Cheap and you would think they would wash and dry them… that brings me to my next section.. Dryer- Dryer took about 3 cycles to get a small load dry. Elevator- remember your on the very top floor. The elevators are extremely busy and the wait to get on could be 20-30 min.

Gulf Shores Family Vacation

Enjoyed our stay. Room was perfect for out family. Had 7 adults and plenty of room. Only down side was pool being closed due to lightning even though it wasn’t near us. But beach was always open!!!

The condo was beautiful and well stocked in kitchen and bar areas. The view was exquisite from the top of the building. We had a great family vaca. Only downfall was the elevator waits on the weekend. We waited 45 min on Sunday to go down to beach. Glad our checkout day was Tuesday, no wait.
