Luxury Beachfront + Lazy River-The Oasis at Orange Beach 1001

  • Skip the Elevator. Start Your Vacation the Moment You Park.

Welcome to Unit 1001 at The Oasis (formerly Phoenix West II), one of the most sought-after condos in the building, and for good reason.

Why guests book this unit over the rest

Most condos here mean circling for parking, waiting on crowded elevators, and dragging coolers and luggage down long hallways. Not this one. Unit 1001 sits on the parking deck level, so you walk straight from your car to your front door. Unload in minutes and be on the beach before everyone else finds their room.

It’s also a direct beachfront corner unit on the 10th floor. That means more windows, more light, and wider Gulf views than standard units. Step onto your expansive private balcony and you’ll see the Gulf stretching out in front of you with the lazy river right below.

    Room for the whole crew

This professionally decorated 4BR/4.5BA condo sleeps 12, with a queen sofa sleeper for extra guests. With a bathroom for every bedroom and five flat-panel TVs throughout, no one fights over the shower or the remote.

Balcony seating for 8 at a large dining table, plus two chaise lounges. Sunrise coffee, sunset cocktails, family dinners with a view.

Open living area with floor-to-ceiling windows, two sofas and a large smart TV

Wet bar and ice maker with a relaxed tropical feel

Fully equipped kitchen with Keurig and drip coffee maker

Pack ‘n play for the little ones, so you can pack lighter

Beach closet stocked with supplies, so you can grab what you need and head straight to the sand

Free high-speed WiFi, plus charcoal grills near the pool

A resort, not just a rental

Lazy river, waterslide, zero-entry pool, kids’ splash pad, indoor pool and adults-only pool

Direct Gulf beach access steps from the building

Onsite beachside café, bar, restaurants and shopping

    Sports courts and fitness facilities

Good to know: Guests will receive a separate email from VRPS with a link to register and pay for your vehicles online. Parking passes are $60 per pass, per stay (not per night). The unit allows up to 2 vehicles.

Loved the sunset views from this unit. The condo layout was perfect for our large family. Great week at the beach for us. The Branyon Trail across the street was also a great place to run or bike.

Great property! Balcony was incredible. Only issue was that the king bedroom on far end was very warm compared to the other bedrooms. Otherwise it was perfect. Thanks so much for sharing your place

This condo is amazing! We have stayed in multiple condos in different properties but none can compare. Because it is a corner unit, each of the 4 bedrooms have a beautiful ocean view with sliding doors opening onto a balcony. Prior to arrival, I reached out to the owner with a few questions and she is so quick to respond with very helpful and accommodating information. The unit is beautiful, the ocean view is amazing, it’s very clean, perfectly decorated with plenty of comfortable seating and bedding. We would highly recommend it, and hope to stay here again next year!

The condo was very nice and the space was perfect. We were extremely happy with the property and the communication. The parking garage had plenty of spaces but it was a bit tricky and slow coming and going as the corners are tight but that would not deter us from staying here again. Our only regret was the weather as this was a graduation trip and we were stuck inside or unable to go in the ocean half of our stay. Overall, highly recommend!!

Our condo was very spacious and the ocean views were amazing. Very convenient to park on the same floor as our unit for loading and unloading. The beds were so comfy and that’s rare for condo rentals. Also, everything worked and we had no issues with appliances. Extra bonus is there was an ice maker for use to ice down drinks for the beach. The amenities were also great. The grill and bar downstairs for a quick snack or beverage is unique to the Oasis. The lazy River and indoor pool were a favorite for our small grandchildren. We had several families staying during this trip and there was plenty of room to spread out. Best condo rental we’ve had in years of coming to the beach. We would love to come back and stay here again.

Condo was as promised, clean, spacious, amazing views and everything you need for a week away from home. Plenty of amenities and I espeially liked the bbq pavillion.and six elevators made traveling in/out very quick. The in condo ice maker is a huge plus! Close to stores and restaurants, you won't be disappointed!

Stunning View!

This property was very spacious and allowed us to gather comfortably inside or on the balcony (the balcony is huge!). The views of sunrise and sunset were spectacular, and this condo is close to everything!
