Pheonix is great and right on the beach

We have a lovely stay in a 3 bed 2 bath suite. Perfect view of the ocean, nice pool and hot tub, and the weather turned out better than expected.

The condo was very outdated. phones and hair Acc would not stay plugged into the walls. was not very clean. Tv in one bedroom leg was broke setting on dresser other room didn’t work. Blankets in closet was dirty. WILL NOT STAY AGAIN

Nice 3 day weekend

Overall the stay was good, easy to get food across the street if your not looking to go far or have small kids, pool is ok kind of small but great access to the beach and chair rentals.
