Property was a great stay, however cleanliness could’ve been better. I had to sweep and mop the day of arrival. The WiFi also went out, midweek, which was unfortunate but not a huge deal. Again, not a bad stay-just a few inconveniences.

Worked well for us

We did not need a posh resort, just a convenient place for a few days at Orange Beach. This property was simple but had what we needed and was very conveniently located. Well equipped and clean. Great ocean view. Only negative was that the beds were softer than we are used to. Very good communications via text with Liquid Life management.

Great Beach Vacation!

Our family had a great trip staying here. Room was clean, close to all the restaurants, great balcony view! Only suggestion is maybe a heated pool for the fall break families. Overall great experience and can’t wait to come back! Thank you Liquid Life for taking care of us.

Nice!

Perfect getaway for our wedding anniversary! Everything was clean. Sand was present, but that is to be expected with being at the beach. Would stay here again!

Good location but condo needs work

We had a refrigerator in the living room that was under repair. Per owner it had to stay. The livingroom is small as it is and was not stated at booking or by the pictures. Should not have rented if there was a issues also,mold and dirty baseboard needs to be painted a cleaned . Master mattress is horrible .

We was down for a baseball tournament and vacation the property was very nice the condo was very nice and clean. Will definitely plan on staying there again..

Great Location!!!

Clean, location was perfect, view was amazing! Nice and relaxing for my husband and me. Communication with Liquid Life was wonderful and very prompt. Their in-person staff was great also. Only issue we had was through no fault of Liquid Life or owner. We had to evacuate at 2:30 am and walk down 11 flights of stairs. Turns out a random fire department pipe burst in stairwell on a lower level and set off the emergency alert system. Was an adventure for our last night LOL! Would definitely stay again! :)

Condo was cute but has black mold everywhere

We were called before we arrived to notify us that our refrigerator had a noise so they stated they had to replaced it. When we arrived, we noticed our WiFi wasn’t working and there was black mold all over the bathroom ceilings and some in the kitchen on the ceiling. We notified Liquid Life which takes care of this property. They gave us several different passwords and no luck. The next day we were gone most of the day then came back to the condo to find out that someone came in our condo while we wasn’t there to scrub some of the black mold off and left those rags on the counter. Also they left a new WiFi password. We got logged in to that finally until the next day. We then had to notify Liquid Life again due to the WiFi still being out. There was a guy that stopped by about 10 am with no warning to “fix” it again and he had the people on speaker phone while we were trying to eat breakfast (super irritating). They told the guy that the people who owned the condo didn’t pay their bill. So we only had WiFi for one evening! The black mold made us sick! The washing machine squeals. Super aggravating that these issues weren’t ever taken care of!!! On top of all that the fridge they stated was new kept flooding all over the kitchen floor everyday and they never fixed that at all. This place was an absolute joke for the money we spent to stay here. We were never offered any type of compensation for all the issues we had either. Super sad because this condo has lots of potential.

Will never stay at Phoenix V again.

Enjoyed the stay as far as being with family. The room and service on the other hand? Where do I start. Booked the room, never received invoice. Called to get it email, put in new card yet still took it off the card I initially placed the first payment with. Had to changed condo due to construction (which is out of there hand), but will never stay at Phoenix V again! We had to pay extra to use amenities which was not disclosed until arrival. They were very rude. Tried to check in and the lady at the desk asked our room number, told her. She proceeded to speak with her coworker ignoring us, my nephew said “good afternoon” and she rudely threw her finger up and told him to hold on she would be with us in a minute (he is 7). They would not even let us into the room until EXACTLY 4 o’clock and we showed up 20 minutes till. We get to the room and our code won’t even work yet can’t get the front desk to answer so we have to call the company which took 10 minutes. We get in the room and it smells off. The shower curtain has mold all over it. The sink stops up in the bathroom so we had to pull the plug which was field with hair, a condom, and mold. We go to lay down for bed after not being after to get anything fixed and there are NO SHEETS OR COVERS for our 4th guest which is my teenage daughter. The “pull” out bed was covered with boards and bed has no sheets either. The tiles at the corner of the bed are bowing up, you could feel them press in. Yet room cost a lot for nothing.

Great booking experience but not great vacation

The location and beach were great. However, we were NOT notified before booking of the ongoing (daily) construction on the building and grounds. There were barricades and machinery everywhere (very unwelcoming). We were woken up by workers most mornings of the trip.

April stay

Condo was the right size for 2. Balcony cushions need replacing as well as a couple rusted chairs. Air conditioning worked great. Cleaning crew could concentrate a little more on floors. We tried not to walk bare footed as our feet turned black. Check in process so easy. Right in the middle of orange beach. Great location. Pool was warm and very large.

beach location

Well situated in Orange Beach with oceanview. Ample room for two people but more would be a bit crowded as the alcove beds are more kid-sized.Clean but a little musty smelling. Kitchen lacked places for food storage, but everything worked in kitchen. Balcony was great addition but cushions on chairs needed. replaced. A little attention to amenities would make the rental price for two weeks more in line with our expectations -sheets were thin as was the bedspread - only one blanket. Ample towels. one dishwasher pod? one tea towel for dishes? Favorite part was the heated pool and access to beach. The entire facility - clean and well kept. Served our purpose but for two weeks - pricey IMO. There was no sweeper or electric broom so I had to ask housekeeping for a broom. We like to keep a place tidy and I would suggest an electric broom to be provided. As for property management - good in that the garbage disposal wasn't working when we arrived - they fixed it. I would also suggest two more things: WIFI instructions need updated and the paper with all of the "channels" was falling apart. This is what I mean by paying attention. I hope the owner finds our comments helpful.

Balcony area, living room furniture and floors were covered with sand. Housekeeping ticket was submitted and within 2 hours the balcony area was cleaned and my wife cleaned the furniture and swept entire condo. Made for a rough start to trip but overall was a good experience.
