Nice unit. Plenty to keep the kids busy. Nice quiet place in the lobby to get some work done in the mornings. Also, elevators weren’t nearly as bad as people have reviewed. Some days at certain times had longer waits but not much different than other places of comparable size.

Housekeeping could improve

Everything was great except room could have been cleaner and elevators was a nightmare they kept getting stuck with people on them and fire department would have to come to open it

Horrible experience

We stayed during the week of August3rd-7,2021 at the Phoenix 5. Horrible experience. My husband was laying in the bed and pieces of the popcorn ceiling starting falling on his leg. Called front desk and they sent maintenance and he said nothing they could do until we left. I asked to speak to the manager bc it was after hours so I understand she was off but she never called back. Next day,, I didn't hear anything from anybody.. So one of the beds we couldn't use.. Really ruined the trip.. So no communication with her whatsoever. The ceilings were low and we are tall people. The wifi coverage for electronics other than cell phones was terrible. Needless to say, I am completely done with the Phoenix 5. Never again.
