After an evening of cocktails 🍸😉, my wife and I decided we wanted to take a trip, not to far a drive from home (TN). So, I jumped on the Vrbo app and started searching. Usually, I'm not trusted with these things (b/c I can't meet my wife's somewhat impossible standards), but I came across this one listing that looked promising. I let her look at it, price was good, and she gave me the 👍🏻(I was shocked😮).
So, two days later, we were on the road to Orange Beach! The reason why we were able to do this so quickly was due to the rapid response from Carrie (condo owner). It was less than five minutes from the time I paid (after 10 pm CDT, if I recall) to the time she contacted me to let me know all the arrangements had been made. Fantastic!
When I say this is a great spot - *this is a GREAT spot*
The check-in process is super easy. Carrie provided all the information in her communications the night we booked (gave name to site security, parking pass ready, easy keypad to get into condo). She was also super responsive after we arrived...A+ person!!
The place was well equipped and very comfortable. Plenty of blankets, (small) appliances (to include coffeemakers, W&D), dishes, pots/pans, beach chairs,
etc...
The location was great! - Central to restaurants and grocery stores to make getting supplies and sustenance convenient!
Though we weren't able to hang out on the beach (medical condition precludes being in the sun for too long), the proximity and ease to get the beach will not disappoint.
For us, the views were second to none, and the shaded patio allowed us to enjoy the beach without having to be directly in the sun.
I cannot say enough things about just how wonderful this experience was, from start to finish. Carrie really went out of her way to make you feel at home when you visit her place!
