While the condo needs some basic maintenance, it was clean and nice. The condo complex is smaller which we like so we weren't fighting for elevators, parking or beach space. I would stay there again.

Getaway from Iowa

Our first trip to the Gulf and I’m so glad I came across this property! The condo was beautiful, just like the photos, it was clean and cozy. The guard at the gate was so friendly and helpful with property info and recommendations. ( a retired teacher that looks like Santa! ) We could walk right out to the beach, which was a must for us! The places we went out to do were a bit of a drive, but not bad at all. I felt the condo was quiet and not too close to noisy nightlife. The kids loved it and were absolutely coming back!

It had everything we needed for my family get away. Only one thing the jacuzzi tub nozzle needed cleaning. Once you cut it on debris came out and the mattress need changing out. It had a valley impression... high in the middle and low where you slept

Great Time

We had the best stay here and loved the room and really had no issues. The only downside was when we arrived the bed in the master bedroom was not made and we weren't sure the unit had been cleaned completely. There was food and candy left from prior guests still on the floor and in kitchen drawers. But, the location is great, parking a breeze, and it is wonderfully decorated! I was just very disappointed in the cleanliness.

Great condo but for two days all we heard all day long was construction on the condo below us which sounded like they were above us they only agreed to give us 170 credit I feel at the least they should have moved us or reimbursed us a full days rent! We were woke up by the noise and it lasted all day and the next day they said it was out of their control

Spacious Unit

This unit was spacious, especially master bedroom and kitchen. Well stocked kitchen as far as utensils. Just bring all other cooking needs, like spices. Cleanliness definitely could have been better for the fee paid. Carpeting needs to be replaced. Balcony was amazing and many days we saw dolphins.
