Relaxing stay

The condo was nice and in a great location to restaurants, bike trails and some of our favorite local sites. Really enjoyed the balcony watching the sunrise and sunset. We look forward to our next stay!

Great unit!

Great location, property was nice and clean. Unit itself could use some updates- outside side of fridge was rusty, toilet brush in master bedroom was rusty, one cabinet door was very loose, beds were not comfortable and they were pretty loud,touch up on the paint here and there. Other than that it was nice! Would book this unit again.

Good views

Beautiful balcony view, great location but all for the beds/mattresses are extremely worn and uncomfortable, even noisy..beds are very unsturdy ..otherwise fine, could use some updating but was perfect for the few days we were there. The floors appeared clean at first glance but after walking barefoot and the bottoms of our feet were black, I’d say it could use a really good mopping. Probably would not stay here again just because of the sleeping/mattress situation

I'd love to book directly with the owner. The condo was smaller than we originally thought but it worked out ok. I'm not sure 9 people would sleep comfortably. We had 7 total in our group. We loved being on the 2nd floor. We didn't have enough wash clothes and towels for a week. So I washed them every other day. The balcony was amazing and very big. Had it been warmer we may have slept outside. The bathroom in the master was big. The beds squeaked a lot. The bedding on the master was wonderful . The extra beds had the very thin bedding. We were very close to the indoor pool that was convenient. There was 3 hot tubs inside. We loved the grocery and luggage carts. It made bring things up very easy. There was also 4 grills you could use outside by the pool. The property people who cleaned, checked pool levels, etc was super nice. Over all we loved the place and had a wonderful time. And will be back.

Great view

A little updating, a few rugs and some paint would go a long way. Overall, a pleasant stay and a steal for the price. Bonus points for easy check-in via text and a corner balcony.

Large Balcony

The room was a perfect set up. Our favorite part was the extra large balcony. Being on the second floor and still having a wonderful view of the beach. The room setting was a bit out dated but relaxing. Took a minute to figure out the controllers for the tv’s for each room. It was a bit hectic keeping up with one controller that controlled the living room and the spare bed room. Overall I was satisfied with the room however the cleaning service needs some major adjustments.

Great getaway

The Phoenix complex was very clean and well-maintained. Friendly service at check-in and answering questions. The unit was nice and you have a great view from the patio that overlooks the pool area, as well as the beach. The condo unit needs to be updated, but it was clean and accomodating.

Disappointed With Rental

I booked this unit due to the advertised occupancy of 9. There was no bedding in the unit for the twin bed, which would have left one person with just and old mattress to sleep on. I contacted Vacasa support to request a refund for our remaining night, as we left the unit to seek more comfortable accommodations that would appropriately sleep our party of 9, and have not heard back almost two weeks later.

Beds were so comfortable. AC and ceiling fans kept us so cool and comfortable. Water pressure was great and the water warmed up quickly. The TVs worked well. We liked that dish network was available as well as Netflix. The Keurig was especially an added bonus. The big balcony and the views from it, wow! The amenities and close proximity to the beach were just awesome. It doesn’t take 17 minutes to walk to the beach. Maybe 4 or 5 minutes. Oh and did I mention the affordability of this condo allows for you to spend money on other things and not break the break. Also, the condo has a very home like atmosphere. You may not think that you want that on vacation but it assuredly made me enjoy the condo more than I could have ever imagined. I most definitely recommend this place and would definitely stay there again.

Great Vacation!

Condo was clean and was in a great location to oversee both the pool and beach. A great location to see the fireworks. Furniture was a little dated but was comfortable. Temperature of refrigerator was not cold when we arrived and took most of day 1 to cool down. One of the dining room chairs had a broken leg. These were the only things that we noted. Highly recommend!

Perfect spot

My group just needed a place to sleep for one night before embarking on our 4-day deep sea fishing trip from the nearby marina. This property made me wish we had a few more days to relax on land. It was centrally located to groceries, restaurant, our marina, the beach, and of course the Flora-Bama bar. The building, lobby, elevators, etc were more upscale than I expected from the listing. The 2br/2b unit has an enormous balcony/veranda that my group spent all of our free time on. Will return!
