The photos and description are deceptive. Do not believe there’s an indoor and outdoor pool. It doesn’t have direct access to the beach and there is no pool. It’s a decent place to stay but very misleading

First off, the listing stated dog friendly, the second day we're there, we get a message from Vacasa that it's not pet friendly, that we have to leave, they'll get us a pet friendly place, but it's nowhere as close to the beach or water view like we have, they wouldn't refund my money, got harassed for 2 days, we stayed. Pros of the rental: elevator, carts to carry luggage, door lock very easy to use, comfy bed, beautiful view, it does have pet stations which is awesome, but for owners only, very clean, pool, across road from beach. Cons: the listing doesn't tell you that you can't put tents or canopies on the rentals beach access only umbrellas, several plugs don't work, bedroom has a window that night light comes through making it hard to sleep, couch not comfy, no table on balcony, chairs on balcony wobbly, bar stools wobbly.

Condo was spotlessly clean however the dishwasher was not working and the wifi service was intermittent. We were unable to get help with the issues. The view from the balcony was less than inspiring

Very clean property. Dishwasher did not work but not an inconvenience because we only ate breakfast there. Bed should be replaced. Mattress is not comfortable. Great location for our needs visiting family.

The place was beautiful. It was nice and clean, but it took me about 45 minutes to find the building, a place to park, and then find the room and in the morning I was blocked in. That’s not all the property manager’s fault, but clearer instructions on the check in process would probably help a lot.

Nice place but if something doesn’t work they claim they’ll come out and fix it. Reported an issue with the dishwasher not functioning multiple times throughout the week. They assured us someone would come twice and literally never showed. Just hope nothing goes wrong because they will not fix the issue.

This is an older building. It was very creaky and loud when other guests walked or made noise. The drain in the shower didn't work. The toilet barely flushed and it would sometimes take 3 flushes to get anything down. The appliances were newer. Couches were old and stained. Rocking chair had a broken arm. The tennis court looked like it had an earthquake and it had no net. It got the job done though. We stayed at the beach cheap for a week. Parking was $20 for the week which was annoying. The beach had rental equipment which was cool. Getting across the street was easy enough.

The property was accommodating. My air was out and the drainage in the tub was stopped up, however the team came out immediately and repaired the issues. They were very nice and polite.
