Graduation 2025

We came to graduate our youngest son on the beach. Homeschool family making it happen our way.It was 4 couples age rangjng 17-50. We do his cap and gown mini ceremony on the beach and it was great.

Nicely appointed with furniture. Maintenance responded quickly with a toilet that was not functional, however we never had a dryer that worked. Management compensated for that which was very nice and appreciated. 6 adults had plenty of room. Parking is now 50 bucks for 1 day or 7 per car.

Needs some work done for sure. Dryer didnt work the entire stay, fresh coat of paint would go along way and just a deep clean of everything in the condo.

Good but issues

The condo is nice enough, needs to be taken care of better. The floors were dirty, water on the floors (that did improve, we are assuming someone from maintenance came), guest bathroom was dirty in arrival, dryer stopped working the last night, stove needs to be updated don’t work well. Overall we liked it but it needs some attention.
