With a king in the master, queen in the second bedroom, 2 twins in third bedroom, and a sleeper-sofa in the living area, unit 1401 can accommodate up to 8 guests. All three bedrooms have access to the wrap around balcony.

Windward Pointe condominiums sit directly on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico in Orange Beach. Windward Pointe #1401 is 1260 square feet and offers six sliding glass doors opening onto the 90 feet of wrap-around deck from all bedrooms and living room. Features include: WIFI, private balconies, full-sized washer and dryer, and satellite TV. Spectacular views of surf and sand are augmented by the sounds of the waves. Beach views can be enjoyed from every room. The floor-to-ceiling windows along the east wall in the living area let in the natural light and allow for breathtaking views. The fully equipped island kitchen including two ice makers and plenty of counter space makes entertaining a breeze. The King-Size Bed in the master bedroom; a queen bed in the second bedroom; a set of twin beds in the third bedroom, and the queen-size sleeper sofa make accommodating up to eight people easy. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV and balcony access.

Windward Pointe complex offers all the amenities you could want with indoor/outdoor pools, a children's wading pool, an indoor hot tub, sauna, well equipped exercise room, stainless steel grills by the beach and pool, covered pavilion and tennis/basketball courts. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available in the summer season for daily or weekly rentals.
Guest must purchase parking pass separately upon arrival from the kiosk by the elevator.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire condo, common areas, and amenities. Amenities include a large outdoor pool, kiddie pool, BBQ gill area, indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna/steam room, tennis court, basketball court, & fitness room.

The Neighborhood:
Shopping, dining, walk-in-doctor office, entertainment, grocery stores, etc. are all located within a few miles of the complex.


Other Things to Note:
Parking fee is NOT included with the rental and currently costs about $7/day/vehicle (subject to change per HOA). Instructions are included in the “Guest Manual” which is visible after booking. Two vehicle max per HOA rules. If you have third vehicle, we offer overflow parking at our office which is across from the complex ($50) subject to availability.

No beach stuff is provided so you will need to bring your own. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available in the summer season for daily or weekly rentals through a third-party beach service company and you are certainly welcome to use your own. There is a Dollar General across the street with a great selection of beach stuff.

The condo will include: one roll of toilet paper, bar of soap, & small shampoo/ conditioner per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, dish rag, laundry detergent for one load, one garbage bag in each can, and one dishwasher soap. You will likely need to visit the store if your stay is longer than 2 or 3 days and we will not replenish these items during your stay.

TIPS ON WHAT TO BRING: Please bring paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

REFRIGERATOR: Check-in Day was most likely a check-out day for another guest. This means the fridge has been open for an extended period of time and cannot handle an overload of warm foods. Please leave items that do not need immediate refrigeration on the counters or in your coolers and avoid overfilling the refrigerator. It can take up to 12 hours for the fridge to fully cool down.

AIR CONDITIONER: On very hot days (90+ degrees) please be aware that the A/C units will not cool below 20 degrees difference from the outside temperature. DO NOT set the temperature to a super lower setting which could freeze up the unit causing damage. Turn on ceiling fans, lower blinds, and keep doors and windows closed. Do not operate A/C with the balcony door open.


NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
