Located in one of the Gulf Coast's premier resorts, this expansive 3-bedroom, 4-bath retreat offers the ultimate in coastal living — perfect for family vacations, couples' getaways, or a luxurious friends' escape.

Enjoy soaring 12-foot ceilings — a rare feature reserved for the top floors — that create an even more open, light-filled space. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring the Gulf's beauty right to your doorstep, while elegant upgrades like granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a jetted tub, and tasteful coastal decor make relaxing effortless.

Start your day with coffee on your private balcony, watch boats pass by from the living room, or head down to enjoy endless amenities: an outdoor pool with a lazy river and water slide, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, fitness center, basketball court, putting green, game room, and even an onsite café and bar.

Located in the luxurious Oasis at Orange Beach (formerly Phoenix West 2), the condo offers a spacious master suite with a king bed, jetted tub, and walk-in closet, plus 3 additional bedrooms with en suites. Enjoy the expansive living and dining areas surrounded by panoramic views of Orange Beach, Gulf Shores, Perdido Pass, and Florida in the distance.

You may park 2 vehicles. You must go to the Phoenix front desk to purchase parking passes. The current rate is $60.The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowners' Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on the property.
All booking fees are included in the quoted price. Sun n Sand requires a separate point of contact form to be filled out, and a separate security deposit of $300 is required 2 days before check-in. This deposit will come across as a hold on your credit card and will be released after you check out, unless there is damage done to the property.
