Floor-to-ceiling windows bring the Gulf's beauty right to your doorstep, while elegant upgrades like granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a jetted tub, and tasteful coastal decor make relaxing effortless.

Start your day with coffee on your private balcony, watch boats pass by from the living room, or head down to enjoy endless amenities: an outdoor pool with a lazy river and water slide, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, fitness center, basketball court, putting green, game room, and even an onsite café and bar.

Located in the luxurious Oasis at Orange Beach (formerly Phoenix West 2), the condo offers a spacious master suite with a king bed, jetted tub, and walk-in closet, plus 3 additional bedrooms with en suites. Enjoy the expansive living and dining areas surrounded by panoramic views of Orange Beach, Gulf Shores, Perdido Pass, and Florida in the distance.

Update for Fall and Winter Stays: From October 25 to November 24, the indoor pool area will be temporarily closed for new flooring and updates around the hot tubs and pool. In December, the lazy river will be closed for seasonal maintenance. Rates have been reduced during this time to reflect these brief closures.


You may park 2 vehicles. You must go to the Phoenix front desk to purchase parking passes. The current rate is $60.The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowners' Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on the property.
All booking fees are included in the quoted price. Sun n Sand requires a separate point of contact form to be filled out, and a separate security deposit of $300 is required 2 days before check-in. This deposit will come across as a hold on your credit card and will be released after you check out, unless there is damage done to the property.
