At the end of a unit development. Heaps of car space and storage. We had four mountain bikes with us and there was plenty if room to store them. There were two separate toilets and the powder room was separate to the shower and bath which was handy. It was fairly clean and the beds were super comfy.

The property was exactly as described, the heating was great in very cold temps, bed was comfortable. Overall top property and will try to book again when we are back in town.

Quiet and convenient.

We come to Orange a couple of times a year to visit family and this was a great home-away-from-home base. We will book this spot again next trip!

Very warm and comfortable but there is no full-length mirror, we were in Orange for a function and my partner was not impressed that the only mirror was a poor quality one over the small basin.

Great Place to Stay

Just wanted to say that we really enjoyed our stay at Franklin Villa in Orange. It all all mod cons and all that we could possibly need in our stay. Comfortable lounge area and modern kitchen with all amenities in perfect order. Bathroom was great and loved having to toilets separate from the main bathroom. Will definitely stay again when in Orange.

Franklin Villa is a very comfortable villa for up to 4 people in a reasonably central location in Orange. It is quite spacious and very comfortable. Beds were comfortable.We had some issues at check-in, as the villa is one of 5 villas at this address, and we had no direction on which villa was ours, and it took some time fumbling around in the dark to locate our villa. Whilst generally tidy and clean, the bathroom surfaces were covered in a lot of dead ants which was a little odd. Some pans also required cleaning before use, and the carpet is showing its age and is a bit stained.We had not read the fine print about the garage being unavailable, it would have been useful given the rain and snow that happened during our stay.

excellent, but ....

we found the property to be everything it said it was except we could not get wifi access at all, we tried every trick in the book, I even had some 20 something's on the case, spoke to home base, no impact, it just did not want to work, gave up and used a mobile access,disappointing apart from that was comfortable, clean and thank god dry and warm over a very wet weekend thank you
