Certain areas of the property have been renovated and upgraded. Other areas have had no work done to them and need attention. Very “1970’s style mostly with cracked tiles overgrown parts of the yard, fences falling down. Balcony areas will require maintenance. Not suitable if a person has mobility issues. Location and views very good from the upstairs rooms.
