"We enjoyed our family vacation in a two bedroom suite. The swimming pool was great and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lobby/pool bar had great service. Shad and Richard made our stay great with good bar service. The breakfast options were endless and the pancake bar was great with all the topping options."

"The hotel is older. The first room we were put in smelled musty and the restroom was dirty. The 2nd room we were put in was fine. The restroom was updated but the carpet in the room was dirty. The beds were very uncomfortable. "

"Top tier staff. Quick with answering any questions or concerns. Centrally located.. Orange tree Resort is my go-to when coming to Scottsdale. My only issue would be parking. Hard to find a close spot after a certain time."

"hotel was way too overcrowded- Not enough pool chairs for guests so we had to sit on the grass. Shameful. The lazy river was filthy, the waterslide slow and the rooms basic. Not worth the “hype.” Stay somewhere else. Front desk manager Mario was the only plus at the hotel. "

"Oh my...This was one the grossest place ever. Everything is rundown, the carpet inside and outside the property, stains on walls, carpet. This thing is like 3rld world. The bathtub was even missing the coating, it's so old and not taking care of. I told the night guy how gross it was, but apparently it was fine with him. I wiped the floor with the washcloths and it was black as can be, lol. Paint was missing/scratched on rooms door. At least the sheet seemed cleaned ;-). I don't even know why this place is on Expedia!!! that made me very mad tbh. And the quicker, $166 for the last minute room! Heck no ! $65 is what this place is worth, that you book it 10 days in advance or last minute! "

"The room felt old, with a wet-carpet smell; the bathroom didn't feel clean, and the tub was painted. You could see the paint fading, the rubber water knob leaked the whole time we were there, and the TV remote never worked. I let the front lady know at checkout time. She didn’t seem to care and was rude. She was too busy massaging her head and never noticed me standing there waiting to be checked out!! "

"We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful Scottsdale home! Backing up to Mummy Mountain, the setting offered incredible privacy and a peaceful backdrop we truly enjoyed.Our teenage kids (and us!) had a blast with the ping pong table, pool table, and the immaculate pool… perfectly complemented by the well-maintained landscaping. The home was spacious with plenty of bathrooms, making it comfortable for everyone.The management team was friendly and quick to respond, which made the experience even better. Located in a gorgeous neighborhood, this property checks all the boxes. We would absolutely stay here again!"
