「This house sits in the middle of a hayfield, set 500’ or so back from the road. Very quiet, and a secure place to let the dogs play. The house itself is spacious and comfortable, and well-equipped, including heat-pump a/c and an excellent washer/dryer in the basement. 「Two sets of family stayed at this property and it was more than enough room. The house was very clean and tidy and a comfortable space. Kitchen was stocked with the essentials and all bathrooms had plenty of soap, paper towel and toilet paper. The host was super friendly and helpful. 「Good basic house just outside the town of Baddeck. Not really walkable into downtown, but just a five-minute drive with plenty of parking. Open living area, but just a little cramped. Good breeze with windows open to cool down the house on a warm summer day. Would stay again.」

「This off grid oasis was truly amazing! I command the host for their incredible thoughtfulness in prepping everything to make this outdoor retreat as equipped as possible. All the little touches (gas powered shower, fully equipped bar cabana, battery packs in each bunk for charging devices, fans, plenty of lights, super comfy blankets, kayaks, paddle boards, and so much more!) on the property were truly amazing; a must see for anyone looking for a glambing experience in cape breton.
