「Nice clean hotel」

「Nice and very helping staff」

「The desk staff were excellent. They needed more help with breakfast as they couldn't keep things stocked and there was no coffee ready. The TV remote was a nightmare to use, the desk staff had to provide a demonstration and there were several people there at the same time to learn.」

「乾淨」

「Exceptionally clean, with incredibly comfortable mattress and pillows in an older style one story roadside motel which made it easy to get luggage in and out. Great location and an outstanding local restaurant right across the parking lot on Gull Lake. Very moderately priced which made it even better.」

「Booked because it's across the street from the transit center, and very glad we did. The staff were incredibly helpful, including the front desk person physically walking me to the on-site restaurant fairly late when he was unable to confirm on the phone whether or not they were still open. The room was beautiful and, with the kitchenette, a very good value for the money. The free hot breakfast was definitely a plus, too. We are HIGHLY likely to stay here again in the future.」

「The newly built facility for the price was amazing. The breakfast can be improved upon.」

「Perfect location in Allegan. Room was a great size and the private jacuzzi was a fun touch! Staff were helpful and friendly. Price was great especially for a last minute booking. Would stay here again!」

「Location was very close to highway and entrance ramp. Window did not reduce traffic noise from trucks, cars and motor cycles. I switched rooms at move in to try the opposite side a up to the 3rd floor. No better. I had trouble falling to sleep because of the traffic noise. Woke at 3 AM, and could not get back to sleep due to the constant traffic noise. Breakfast scrambled eggs were slightly warm and poor. Cereal soul have been a better choice. I would never stay here again」

「Excellent cannot beat the price」

「Stepping into the Kalamazoo House felt like being transported back in time. The breakfast, prepared by a culinary chef, was absolutely delicious, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. A truly wonderful stay!」
