“t was the worst experience. We arrived and they couldn’t find our reservation. Then, after we showed them the reservation details, they said it wasn’t paid and that we had to pay again. When we told them we were going to call to verify the payment, they just slammed the door in our faces, never opened it again, and didn’t answer any more calls. We had to find another hotel.
They should remove this recommendation from Expedia — it makes the website look bad with the terrible service they provide.”
