「We had a fabulous time! All the rooms have an ensuite bathroom which was great for us. The whole property is lovely and full of character. There were loads of useful bits and pieces in the kitchen and a lovely welcome basket that included wine and a big box of biscuits. Also a great selection of board games and jigsaws. We had a lovely few hours at Camber Sands which was a short drive away and had a fantastic sandy beach. Would 100% recommend staying here!」

「We stayed at Buttercup Cottage for four nights. It is located 5 mins drive from Rye town centre in a quiet, private location with allocated parking. The studio is spacious and the facilities are excellent for self-catering. We also ate twice at Layla's, a turkish restaurant, which is highly recommended. 「I was disappointed with this stay. For the amount of money it cost, the caravan was not clean, was overcrowded and needs a lot of smarting up. You had to pay extra to have bedding which I think is unreasonable, particularly how much it cost per night anyway. Communication with the host was fine but not great. 「We had a very pleasant stay at this spacious and comfortable home, which was well-suited for our larger group. The garden was a particular highlight, offering ample space and the added delight of fresh fruit to pick. The location is great, being within a short walking distance of the beach and sea (20mins).
