「The flat was in a great location and Martyn the host was very helpful. It’s a large, light and airy space with 2 good sized bedrooms and a huge lounge/diner (though we tended to eat in the kitchen). The decor is very neutral & everywhere is very clean. We would definitely stay again.」

「The stable was much bigger than the photos show & was veer clean & spacious with everything to hand. The owners Jan & Nick have thought of everything. The garden & woods are lovely, we were lucky to be there with the bluebells in full bloom. Enjoyed seeing all the animals including horses, rabbits, squirrels & lots of different birds. The stars are amazing when the night sky is clear. Lots of places to visit, we went to Rye, Hastings, Canterbury & Bodiam Castle.」

「Das Cottage liegt mitten in einem Naturschutzgebiet an den Klippen und hat einen hübschen Garten mit Grillplatz und Sitzecke Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, natürlich handelt es sich um ein sehr altes Haus und keinen Neubau. Die Wandermöglichkeiten sind super und in der Umgebung gibt es wenige Minuten mit dem Auto gute Gastronomie. Zu beachten: zum Kanal hin steht in der Nähe eine Radarstation, die leichte Geräusche verursacht, das hört man aber nur außerhalb des Hauses. Uns hat es nicht gestört....

「We had a great stay and really enjoyed the tennis court and the main living space at Hollyoak Sanctuary. The weather didnt cooperate so we didnt use the outside space as much as we wanted to but it was fabulous and would be great in better weather. The property manager was very receptive in answering questions and was flexible meeting our requests. Kitchen well equipped and bedrooms were great. 「I needed immediate help when the sat sav dumped me nearby & my host talked me all the way to the front door which was a huge relief. 「We had a wonderful stay at T's Beach House. It really is the perfect spot to relax and is spacious enough for all. There was a lovely little selection of toys for our little one to play with too. The beach is literally on the doorstep and sandy shores a short walk or 2 minute drive a way. Therese kept in contact and quickly answered any questions we had. We'd love to return.」

「Loved the hut, enjoyed our stay. I brought a 3 course meal with me. So no need to eat out! Lovely and cosy. I would have liked a small saucepan to do porrige in morning. We managed with a big one!! I also wasnt good with lighting the gas rings. I would prefer a long lighter . And no hooks for towels when wet out of shower. In bedroom there were a few cobwebs and spiders in nooks and crannies. Whilst not scared, I felt these had been on ceiling and edges for some time. However bed very cosy....

Recommend their pub The Kings Head in nearby Staplehurst. Also 50 minutes to London from there if you want no more beautiful countryside.」

「I have stayed here several times and this was another excellent break. Also it is very important to me that the railway and supermarket are close by as I travel by train. Rye is very historical and I learned more about the town on this visit. There is so much to see. Also the Rye Harbour nature reserve is also a big highlight.」
