We found that there was nothing to dislike about this property. Great location, close to Orebro C train and bus station. All of the staff we met were very nice, friendly and helpful, from the front desk, room cleaning, breakfast area, all really great! The room itself in my opinion was faultless too, probably one of the best rooms we have ever stayed in. Very comfortable bed, large room size, bathroom floor was heated (!), porthole window could be left open even when raining. We would 100% stay here again.

Well, first I believe the hotel wrongfully used a picture of the castle in the city as their main photo. Seems deceitful since the hotel looks nothing like that. And there is no exterior picture of the hotel, misleading. Second the room only window overlooks a courtyard, which is their bar. And it was extremely loud hard to sleep since it was hot and the window had to be open for a breeze. Asked the front desk for a fan to which they stated they had none. Ask them to turn down the music in the courtyard since there was nobody out in that courtyard bar area to which they stated no

Rummet var trevligt och lagom stort och det fanns både möjlighet att öppna fönster eller köra AC. Badrummet hade värme i golvet, vilket var trevligt. Frukosten var bra och det fanns ett bra utbud. Man kunde också välja att sitta inne eller på deras trevliga terrass. Personalen var trevlig och man kände sig sedd på ett bra sätt.

Trevligt bemötande vid incheckningen. Fint rum men hissen går inte från gatuplanen utan man måste gå en halv våning upp. Caféet/restaurangen är väldigt trevlig. Där äter man sin lunch också.
