We had an amazing stay, just one night, which was way to short. This is the best place by far to relax, but also being close to everything in Newport. A very cozy room to stay, perfect happy hour and breakfast next morning, super sweet hosts (Brandon and Frost). We can’t wait to be back and next time hopefully for a bit longer.

We had a great time! Our room was super cozy with a beautiful view of the bay and bridge. I had always been too nervous about any potential awkwardness of staying at a B&B, but after reading previous reviews I decided to give it a try. My husband and I love it and definitely plan to go back. We even bought a family member a gift certificate to stay there. Our host Brandon and the other staff were very friendly and accommodating and made us delicious breakfasts and very satisfying charcuterie snacks during cocktail hour.

Not a BnB person typically, but that will change after this wonderful experience. Unique in that it is an old paddle wheel boat. Brandon was an exceptional host - makes a great old fashioned (and we are from WI so we know a good one) and a breakfast that was outstanding.

Our room was clean with a wine tray with rose petals throughout the room to help set up for our 25th wedding anniversary! Brandon, the host was great!! He was very outgoing, made us feel comfortable from the time we arrived, hosted a wonderful happy hour, & made us a great breakfast!

Randy and Paige were excellent hosts. The breakfasts were always delicious. The boat was beautifully decorated with lovely ornaments and pictures. The harbour was interesting with an abundance of fishermen. The area around the harbour lacked atmosphere and eating places. Beautiful sunsets.

The Newport Belle was a refurbished paddle boat. It is so well done that the pictures don’t do it justice. Our room was darling and spotless. The owner made our breakfast and the food was very good and he was friendly and attentive. Brandon, the caretaker, went above and beyond. We loved our stay!

This property has become our new favorite place to stay! The accommodation was beyond cute and the service was extraordinary. This was one of those gems that I just want to keep coming back to on a regular basis. It was that great! The bed was really comfortable, and the food they offered was to die for. Really can’t say a single negative thing about this place!
