Amanda’s property was clean, bright, and conveniently located. Communication was great and Amanda addressed all our needs quickly and efficiently. Even though the property is a duplex the neighbors were quiet and did not bother our stay. The hot tub was an added bonus! We would definitely stay again.

Cozy stay!

We had the perfect, cozy staycation here! This home had everything we needed for staying warm and entertained inside for a few winter weather days (Texas version of winter weather) quiet neighborhood, slept sooo well! Friendly hosts. Seriously a great stay, thanks!

The property met our needs. It was clean and comfortable. The hot tub was a nice bonus! The kitchen had some cooking utensils but lacked some things. Hosts were communicative and flexible.

Perfect place!

I was so excited for our Christmas vacation at this house. It had its own private hot tub that was so nice. The house was located in a perfect area where it was so close to stores and yet not in a busy area. It was very clean and the beds were so comfortable! I will definitely stay here again!

Great Home away from home

Very clean and well appointed home. We were there two weeks and it was great….. no problems. Easy check in and out. Nice location which was near universities and great access. Will be back in November.

Cozy 2 day getaway

Comfortable and clean. Enjoyed the whirlpool and fireplace. The hosts were nice enough to check us in a little early. The kitchen was very large and stocked with appliances, if we would have had more time it wouldve been great to cook more in. My only tip would be to add a pizza cutter to the kitchen tools :)

Great little place

We really enjoyed our stay. Mandi was easy to get ahold of. The place was clean and the beds were comfy. Mandi had some thoughtful things like a big charging port, a book of instructions and local recommendations, and a first aid kit in the bathroom. We were disappointed that the fan in the living room was unusable (no pull strings and no switches that matches) and we had some issues with the dryer. We did eventually get the dryer to work. It would also have been nice since there’s only one bathroom if the shower door was opaque so other people could come in and brush teeth. They also had a rule that no visitors were allowed which I have not seen as a rule before in a rental. We were in town for a wedding and couldn’t have any family over. Overall good stay!

Clean, Quiet, Great Stay

This was a great property. Good location - close to stores, food, freeway, etc. Very quiet neighborhood. I came into town to visit my daughter and it was close to her school. I got in town early and host responded to me quickly. I really liked it. Very clean, everything was updated. I would highly recommend.

Great place to stay!

We all(5 adults) really enjoyed our stay here. The place has a very nice updated and spacious kitchen stocked with any kind of utensil, dish, or pan you need for cooking. The bathroom is very big and clean. Beds and pillows were really comfortable with nice bedding. The living room had plenty of sitting room and a smart tv that was easy to stream things from our own phones. The hot tub was great and easy to use. The owner had provided a super helpful laminated booklet with address, wifi, rules, check out instructions, etc. which was really convenient. Overall we loved it! Would definitely be happy to stay here again if needed.

Thanksgiving stay

Nice, clean place. Quite neighborhood close to freeway which was convenient as we made several trips to Salt Lake to visit family. We also had family in Provo that we had thanksgiving with. Great place for our stay.
