Beautiful place

It a gem really and the scenery is quite besutiful. Very large and spacious and kitchen is great. Its very causy and love the way its decorated. Hot tub was clean and bathrooms were great too, comfy couch and beautiful view.

Buck stay

We had an amazing experience. Stayed here due to its close location to Mount Orford to Ski. Well kept, exactly as listed. Great for our family. We will be back!

We enjoyed our time staying there. Just having a little struggle with the agent from property management as we decided to bring a 3 children(3,4 and 10 yrs old) along with us. But they strictly would not accommodate us. So if you would bring a 4-year old and up with you, he/she will be consider an adult.

Great Property, A Few Opportunities for Improvement

The property is beautiful and the pictures accurately capture this. I have two suggestions. 1) I understand that the property is large and requires cleaning but a 5:00 PM check-in is too late in my opinion. 2) I booked through VRBO and agreed to the payment dates there. After my reservation was made through VRBO, the property management's external booking system kicked in. I received an email stating that the 2nd payment was required (two weeks earlier than VRBO) and if I didn't make it in time my reservation could be cancelled. This put a damper on an otherwise smooth booking process.

Parfait pour une fin de semaine proche des pistes

Le chalet est parfaitement bien équipé, les planchers chauffants sont parfaits pour l’hiver ! Appareil à raclette et à fondue à disposition, tout le nécessaire de cuisine, la salle de bain est grande et confortable. Le chemin jusqu’au spa pourrait être plus court, à part ça tout était parfait !

Le calme

Le chalet est magnifique en plus d'être très fonctionnel. Les chambres sont grandes et l'espace est suffisant pour un groupe. Le coin est très tranquille, à proximité du Parc d'Orford. Le spa est certainement un plus! Nous avons passé un super séjour et nous le recommandons à tous ceux qui souhaite décrocher du quotidien.
