“We were two retired couples staying at the end of October 2025. The accommodation was charming and clean with an old world vibe - very good kitchen facilities, comfortable beds and well equipped bathrooms. The house is close to the center of town, easy walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops and gelaterias. Our requests for information or supplies was promptly met by Graziella. “Die Ferienwohnung liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse. Durch das Panoramafenster hat mein einen ungehinderten Blick auf die Berge. Die Ausstattung war wie beschrieben, wir vermissten nichts. Die freundliche Gastgeberfamilie, die gleich nebenan wohnt, war jederzeit für Auskünfte und Tipps erreichbar. Unser Aufenthalt war im Winter, daher nutzen wir den modernen, gasbetriebenen Außengrill nicht. Wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen, die Vermieter waren sehr gastfreundlich, hilfsbereit und haben uns in jeder……

“Pros: Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questa casa vacanza, con una vista spettacolare! La struttura è bellissima, curata ,spazi abbandonati. Il barbecue all esterno permette di cucinare e stare in compagnia quindi per una vacanza è il Massimo.”

“Pros: The house was near the best beaches of the east side of the island. The host had left us eggs and refreshments in the refrigerator. Cons: We were not informed that there were sheeps in the same plot. In the evening, the smells of manure were a bit unpleasant. And if this was an agrituristic house, the facilities of agriturismo were absent. Also, the two double beds were very uncomfortable, while the single bed and the sofa bed was ok. A few of us woke up with back pains.”

“Pros: Casa perfetta una vera chicca. Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno eccezionale. Ricca di qualsiasi conforto non mancava assolutamente niente. Michela la proprietaria non ci ha fatto mancare nulla. Dopo tanti anni di esperienza posso confermare che una casa così tenuta bene e così confortevole è veramente difficile da trovare. Anche la posizione è ottima... Nella parte alta di Orosei. Zona tranquilla una pace e una tranquillità assoluta. Consigliata vivamente. Cons: Nulla assolutamente nulla”

“Pros: Der Blick vom Gelände auf die Talsperre ist schön, die Lage gut und einsam, auch wenn man die Brücke über die Talsperre außerhalb der Wohnung gut hört. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Wohnung ist gut, wenn man es eher einsam mag. Die Dusche ist gut, wenn auch etwas schmal. Cons: Auf der Terasse hat man im Herbst kaum Sonne. Die Küche könnte besser ausgestattet sein, das Besteck ist günstig, es gibt keine Teekanne, wenig Geschirr. Das WLAN war nicht immer stabil. Es gibt neu……
