“We had a late flight into SAW and a relatively early flight the next day out of IST, so we didn't get to spend much time here. But the room was lovely, and the breakfast would have been great, except for the fact that we needed to leave before it was fully prepared. But I really want to give a huge shout-out to our shuttle driver, Neşet Çolak, who was extremely friendly and helpful. He not only picked us up and returned us to SAW but also helped us figure out how to make the transfer to IST……

“We were there for business and the location is in the industrial area which was convenient for us. The first room we got was super small, you could barely walk. The we asked for a bigger room. The hotel was kind enough to arrange a bigger room for 2 people. When we were checking out, the hotel asked us to pay for the nights we stayed at; however, we already made the payment upon making reservation thru hotels.com. The hotel told us that they didn't receive any payment from Expedia so the staff……

“It was a great pleasure to stay at Crowne Plaza. The restaurant on the 6/F is excellent with great view and lively music. The food selection is food. Very helpful from the team especially Sercan who provided a lot of tips and advice where to go and eat. Location of the hotel is good too as it closes to the pier and we can take ferries to avoid the congestion from land transport. Also would like to mention the great service from Ugur who helped to arrange the taxi service in a rainy day. Super……
