“The pool area had plenty of lounge chairs, and the music was great. The staff was friendly and attentive. When the safe in my room started making a buzzing noise, maintenance fixed it very quickly.”

“The hotel itself was average and clean, the kids were happy because they mainly wanted to enjoy the pool and the sea — and those needs were met. What really affected our stay, though, was how we were treated by some of the staff. Unfortunately, I’ve experienced this before in parts of the Caribbean, and it’s disappointing every time.
There were moments where we were clearly ignored in ways that others were not. For example, the beach staff refused to set up an umbrella and chairs for us,……

“The pool is a big draw.
The property is maintained well and everyone is friendly. Everything definitely runs on „island-time“, so just remember that you are on a vacation and have plenty of time.
I personally did not enjoy the quite loud life music (of questionable quality) at one of the two restaurants of the property.
The adjacent beach is currently swamped with seaweeds and therefore unusable but that is just a temporary condition.
Overall, a great stay! ”

“i wish they would mention that there are renovated houses and non renovated. had to find out upon arrival that we will be staying at the not remodeled version. also, their check in is at 3 pm. expedia said its at 2 pm. so that one hour was a big difference for us since we still came on early- at around 12:30. coffee machine was at the kitchen, but no coffee was anywhere to find. in general, it would be not bad 3 start, but definitely not better than that and cost way too much ”
