Magnificent and spacious apartment of 140m2 on the ground floor, completely renovated, not adjoining.

Huge living room of 70m², with equipped American kitchen, opening onto a large and pleasant covered terrace.

Large deck in the middle of a tropical garden from where you will hear the sound of the waves.

Direct access to the large swimming pool of our small and luxurious Caribbean Princess residence.

Located 100 meters from the famous beach restaurants Coco Beach and Kakao Beach.

* HOUSING
Princess Anaëlle, is certainly the only apartment in Orient Bay as large and as close to the beach.

Its lack of joint ownership allows it to benefit from a lot of privacy and to feel like in a villa.

Princess Anaëlle is located in the Caribbean Princess residence which is the most popular in Orient Bay for its proximity to the beach, its security because in addition to taking advantage of the security of the Orient Bay subdivision with its 100 cameras and its team of guards , it is the only fully fenced residence.

Caribbean Princess is also a beautifully wooded residence with beautiful tropical vegetation.

During your stay at Princess Anaëlle, you won't need a car, including to go shopping, have a drink, dine at the restaurant, or buy your bread or croissants at the village bakery.

We Can't Wait to Return.

The property was everything that was represented and more. This extremely well decorated and equip property is an exceptional value. The location is perfect and within easy walking distance to all beach bars, restaurants, Casino, deli and the Good Morning Cafe. Property pool is within 30 feet. This was our 5th visit to Orient Bay (Beach) and this was the finest unit we have experienced. Top it off with being 1st floor , one level and very large - make the unit perfect for any family or group of friends. Very comfortable for up to 4 people.
