「A clean and tidy apartment, didn't have any shampoo in the container (empty). There was a mechanical misfunction in the bathroom overnight, causing a loud banging on 3 seperate occasions, when I phoned to report this the following day I could only leave a voice mail and no one returned my call. The banging occured once on the second night. I am unsure if it was the air-con (we had it off in our appt) or, faulty pipework - whatever it was, it was loud enough to wake me and my 2 daughters each...

「Nice little place. Good location, great big yard and very quiet. Short walk to the beach and shop. Rear covered patio is nice. Bathroom would benefit from a bit of work. Bath and shower need resurfacing and toilet seat looks ancient. A bit more attention to cleaning under beds and lounges is needed. Overall well equipped and comfortable.」

「Beautiful beach views. But access to the beach is not easy down a steep slope. The house was very clean but the decor is dated and the lack of a dishwasher is unacceptable as surely common place in a family home. The entrance to the property from the street is dangerous as the gate has to be manually opened while the car is still in the way of traffic. 「Lovely spacious house with a great kitchen and a big yard. Unfortunately there were a few issues eg blocked drain, the fridge handle broke, not enough bowls (only 7 for 6 of us). The property managers were great and fixed these as quickly as possible. The other issue was construction noise, so that as a light sleeper in the main bedroom I was woken up before 7 every day. Not really what you want on holidays and I feel it should be noted on the property profile. Also the fenced yard was not great...
