Super séjour !

L’accueil et la gentillesse de Juan. Pour l’appartement : il était au top, tout était parfait (literie, drap, serviettes, propreté, équipé parfaitement) Le calme de la résidence et son emplacement (commerces et plage à 5 mn en voiture) la piscine extérieur ainsi que son espace bien être et la salle de sport qui nous ont permis de faire des journées sans déplacements) Séjour au top. Nous avons passé une super semaine.

14 Tage keine funktionierende Klimaanlage! 14 Tage keinen Zugang zum Spa-/Gym-Bereich (fehlender Schlüssel konnte nicht beschafft werden!) ! Kommunikation mit der Agentur!? Wir (2 EW/ 2Kinder) wurden mit der Situation komplett allein gelassen! Abnahme /Schlüsselübergabe der Whg. nach der Urlaubszeit: Fehlanzeige. Die Abwicklung des Aufenthalts vor Ort: absolut unprofessionell!
