Host was difficult to contact, often not replying. Was not greeted as promised. Kitchen drawer problem opening. No loungers for pool. Pillows useless. No instructions for air con. Property was cold in November. Difficult accessing parking. Bathroom door handle not working.

The apartment was well located for where we wanted to be. Miguel was very helpful when meeting us. Unfortunately an issue with plumbing next door on the first day, so dealing with plumbers. Pool very busy. The main issue for us was the overpowering smell of cannabis from the next door balcony that seeped through our flat. After being out all day the smell hit you on return and had to open doors to let it out. A tidy apartment with all you need and well presented.

Fint pool område.

Lägenhetens storlek och område liksom swimmingpoolen var utmärkt. Vi nyttjade ej köket förutom kylskåpet saknades en brödkniv vilket borde finnas i alla hushåll. Sängen var för oss inte bekväm alls men den är säkert bra för andra beror naturligtvis på vad man är van vid. Det negativa var att det fanns en stol som var söndrig och nån har tejpat den så vi är glada över att ingen av oss försökt sätta sig på den det hade kunnat slutat väldigt illa nu rasade den när jag la min necessär på den. En list vid entré dörren var lös/sönder så vi fick in kackerlackor via springan till min frus förskräckelse. Precis utanför vår dörr stod det skräp/kartonger i en vecka. Grannen bredvid hade fått in vatten från en annan lägenhet så i två dagar hade vi vvs arbetare som ringde på och sökte läckan i vår lägenhet dock var den från en lägenhet ovanför. Inget som ägaren kan hjälpa naturligtvis men vi vågade oss inte ut så de dagarna förlorade vi tyvärr. Skulle vi hyra här igen ? Ja för området är bra med närhet till allt.

Holiday

The propery, was immaculate, it looks over the pool, very safe complex, with bars restaurants and a Lidl store across the road, we would stay there again and the owner was so helpful and polite, 10 out of 10.

Nice appartment

Very nice apartment and complex lovely pool in a good area.Only downside id that the apartment i due north so there is no sun on the balcony. But it might be a good thing in the summer months

le beau temps en hiver

Cela fait plusieurs fois que je loue cet appartement et ce pour plusieurs raisons. Il est bien situé, les commerces, sont à proximités et les restaurants aussi. Le seul problème de cet appartement c'est qu'il est au nord et donc pas de soleil pour faire sécher le linge. Sans doute un avantage en été

Well equipped comfortable apartment

Great central location. Apartment well equipped as described. Biggest disappointment being no sun on the balcony. Great for a short winter break when the sun is not as much of a priority

Apartamento muy bueno , se ve la piscina desde el balcón , tiene sillas de playa y sombrillas para poder usar , juguetes para niños pequeños , mis hijas estuvieron encantadas , buena zona , tienes justo enfrente un lidel, chino, burguer King , bar.... Playa muy limpias y tranquilas

Good place, some minor defects

Entrance was easy with a lock box. Apartment has a good layout. The view to the pool is nice. Parking is very safe inside walls. Kitchen is ok, but little room for food. The frying pans were in bad condition. All the hinges and locks need service. Bathroom locks did not work. Hinges made noises. Apartment was in a good place for us.

Relaxing break

We had a lovely stay here. Excellent position for restaurants and bars. We were permitted to stay on after normal check out. Whixh was very much appreciated as we had a late flight home.

Agréable

Très bel appartement, où il ne manque rien. Dommage que l'environnement immédiat soit beaucoup de béton. Heureusement il y a un joli jardin avec piscine dans la propriété. Après à 5 mn en voiture vous avez playa flamenca, qui est sympa.
