Nice location ( if you have a car ) secure complex . Apartment could do with some updates and remedial works inside . Bedding was worn in main bedroom, more pillows needed.

Lovely villa

Very clean villa in a quiet gated community. Very modern with a large outside patio area containing dining table and sunbeds. Close to the swimming pool. 30 minute walk to nearest restaurants. It is phase 2 of the de elopement so sat nav took us to the wrong location. Ask for a map as once you know where it is, it is easy to find.

I got a dirty apartment. Full of hair, ants, spots. Everything was sticky. The kitchen is full of crumbs, disgusting! I was at the end of May. It looks like they didn't clean up after their last stay. It took me all day to clean the apartment because the owner had nothing interesting to say. In the apartment you need to replace the dishwasher, the rest to refresh. After that, the location itself is great. Near the sea, shops.

L'appartement est bien situé mais je m'attendais aux vue des photos à une propreté impeccable. Les couverts jetés en vrac dans les tiroirs le four sale, le lave vaisselle qui est cassé à l’intérieur et qui fuit. Un machine a lavé avec un très petit tambour et abîmé.

Super séjour

Instruction précise avant l’arrivée sur le lieu, ce qui nous a permis de bien nous orienter. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans ce logement hyper bien situé. L’environnement est juste splendide, la résidence très propre et sécurisé. Le logement est très bien équipé avec tout le matériel mis à disposition (vaisselle, machine à laver, nécessaire de plage et piscine). Les enfants ont adoré la piscine et je pouvais les surveiller depuis la terrasse. Je mettrai juste un petit bémol sur les matelas un peu trop mou à notre goût. L’accueil était parfait et le départ également. Petite attention lors de notre départ avec des chocolats pour les enfants. Merci à la dame qui nous a très bien reçu, souriante et très gentille. Nous y retournerons volontiers.

Super freundliche Vermieter, leider sehr schmutzig

Eine relativ neue Anlage, für die Region gut gepflegt und gelegen. Das Haus selbst im Innenraum ist leider schon sehr, sehr abgeliebt und schlecht gepflegt. Das beginnt mit losen Toilettendeckeln, aufgequollenen Türzagen und Türen, losen Türgriffen, starkem Schimmelgeruch aus dem Schrank in dem die Waschmaschine untergeracht ist und aus dem Raum in dem der Warmwassertank nebst Putzzeug und einer alten Matraze steht und wird leider gekrönt durch eine sehr schmutzige und ungepflegte Wohnung. Ob es der Schimmel und Schmutz in den Ecken, schmuddelige Schränke, eine schmutziger Geschirrspüler und Wasserkocher oder die Brötchenkrümel auf den Stühlen und Haare vom Vormieter sind oder der insgesamt dreckige Boden. Alles ist ungepflegt. Wir haben erst einmal 2 Stunden desinfiziert und geputzt, ich habe mir von einem Kumpel einen Schraubenzieher geliehen und konnte wenigstens einen Toilettendeckel so befestigen, dass wir nicht Angst haben mussten, bei der kleinsten Bewegung direkt in die Dusche zu rutschen. Das ist natürlich im Urlaub sehr schade. Ich mag meinen Urlaub weder mit Reparaturen und putzen beginnen, noch mag ich mich die ganze Zeit unwohl fühlen, weil die Wohnung eigentlich einmal generalüberholt und grundgereinigt gehört und anschließend dann wirklich das Geld für die Endreinigung, auch dafür ausgegeben werden sollte. Die Mutter des Vermieters, die sicher so Mitte siebzig ist, ist wirklich eine sehr liebe, bemühte Person, aber mit Betreuung und Reinung maßlos überfordert.

Schwierig zu finden

Das Objekt konnte erst durch persönliches Abholen und Hilfe durch die Mutter des Vermieters gefunden werden. Die Google-Maps-Beschreibung kam überhaupt nicht hin. Schwierig, schwierig durch die Sprachbarriere zwischen der Mutter des Vermieters und uns. Die Wohnung ist groß und hat alles, was man braucht. Leider waren die Griffe der Küchengeräte nicht ganz sauber (Reinigungspauschale?). In der Dusche beim Schlafzimmer kommt das Wasser überall raus, nur nicht aus der Regendusche. Das Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer ist zwar groß genug für zwei Personen, jedoch ist es durch eine weiche, seifige Matratze nicht besonders bequem. Man hat das ein oder andere Mal das Gefühl, daß man gleich rausrutscht. Fünf Tage dort sind genug.

Semana de vacaciones

Hemos pasado una semana en el apartamento y la verdad con la madre del propietario genial muy amable y pendiente de nosotros. El apartamento esta muy bien amplio luninoso y equipado, lo unico no estaba bien limpio y estaba lleno de arañas. Tuvimos un pequeño problema con el internet que fue resuelto de manera excelente por la propietaria. Una semana muy agradable y tranquila y quitando el problema de la limpieza y las arañas todo genial.

Mooi verblijf. Schoon. Supervriendelijk. Aanrader. Op de begane grond met 1 woonlaag erboven. Buurt beveiligd met hek wat onhandig is met 1 sleutel. Goede zonligging. We hadden wat moeite met de route aanwijzingen.
