## Space
Ideally located less than 2.5 km from Orihuela's beaches and just 4 km from La Zenia shopping centre, the Alba del Sol flat is on the 1st floor of a quiet, secure residence with garden and communal swimming pool.
Spacious and bright, it has a large, modern, fully-equipped kitchen (including air fryer) that opens onto a spacious living room, creating a convivial space in which to relax.
The flat has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, perfect for families or friends. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, offering modern comfort. Outside, there is a terrace overlooking the pool and a private solarium, ideal for relaxing in the sun. A parking space is also available just outside the residence, for added convenience.
## Access
The flat is located on the 1st and top floor of the residence, accessible by external stairs. For your convenience, a parking space allocated to the flat is available in front of the residence, allowing you to park easily near the flat.
When you arrive, our city manager will be on hand to give you a warm welcome. He will be delighted to guide you, show you around the flat in detail, and make sure you quickly feel at home so you can make the most of your stay.

The Alba del Sol flat is located in the quiet, residential Lomas de Cabo Roig development in Orihuela Costa, an area renowned for its tranquillity and pleasant living environment. Just a short drive away, you'll find beautiful beaches, restaurants, bars and local shops to suit all your needs. The development also boasts a number of green spaces and promenades, perfect for a leisurely stroll. Just a few kilometres away, you can access the La Zenia Boulevard shopping centre, one of the largest in the area, with numerous shops, a supermarket, cafés and leisure facilities. The flat's location allows you to enjoy the mild Mediterranean climate, while being close to the Costa Blanca's main tourist attractions.
